I loved this chapter so much!!! I finished reading this story and I am going to back to all of my favorite chapters. I love that scarecrow has a love interest and it’s so cute how he wants her to stay! But she is distracted so drama is on it’s way.

Poor Scarecrow is just pouring his heart out to Blair and the whole thing is going unnoticed. Blair was in for a big surprise once she found out. It also didn't take them very long to share their first kiss! There was definitely a lot going on here.

That was the cutest thing!! Scarecrow being all protective and possessive of Bea with Simon. Like "No you don't jive turkey!!" lol.
I'm so sad Bea didn't really hear what he said before he kissed her. I'm hoping now that the feelings are mutual between them. Scarecrow sounded so hopeful and in love.
I guess Bea is about to meet a not do cowardly lion now. I wonder what happened there.

Author's Response: Thank you! I was hoping that the magical elements I'm incorporating here wouldn't come off as too weird or anything. I have a thing for epic and fantasy elements so I'm trying to apply them while simultaneously keeping Oz familiar. It good to know that you are enjoying them. :) Yes, it was unfortunate Beatrice couldn't hear what Scarecrow had to say but...maybe she'll get a second chance? I just can't get over the way he talks, intelligent.
When Scarecrow said that she was the one to stay with them "forever" I could amainly and eerily hear that word echoing in the back of my mind until they shrunk to nothingness.Lol it was comically scary. Poor Scarecrow. Beatrice was clueless as to what he was saying, each and every one of his genuine thoughts went unperceived, though it was an innocent casualty on her part. However No matter the foreshadowing disappointment and heartbreak Scarecrow may or may not experience in the future.....BEATRICE BETTER make sure that in the end he is happy or she will be antagonize. I'm sorry but that's just how I feel. But she likes him too so taking such actions may be avoided.

I'm so glad your heart goes out to him so much, even if it is to the point that you're threatening Beatrice. Lol I don't blame you though. I would too. But Beatrice is crushing on him pretty hard so hopefully by the time this story ends she'll make things right? Maybe??? You have to stick around and see for yourself. Oh boy, I think Beatrice has set herself up for a very difficult departure. And is that THE Lion?! I know he was trying to work on his courage the last time we saw him, but 😳. Maybe he went off the deep end 😔
Author's Response: Poor Beatrice. Lol She has no idea what she agreed to when she told him "absolutely." And yup. That's THE Lion. I guess it's safe to say that he's no longer cowardly. His situation will be revealed in the next chapter.

AWWWW!!! Oh my God, I squealed so hard when he kissed her!! That was too adorable. I loved when he was pouring his heart out, although he thought she was listening to him when she really didn't hear anything he was saying. That ought to be an interesting conversation for later. So, we now know where the Lion is. What will happen next? I can't wait!!
Author's Response: Thank you! At first, I was afraid that I was having them experience that first kiss too early in the story but...I think it worked out okay. Lol I was actually laughing at Beatrice being so oblivious to Scarecrow's confession when I was writing it. Yes, she's going to be in for a big surprise later on. Poor thing.
