Oh boy! What an update! We finally see what happened to Ria and goodness that was tough. The part with Ria/Mike/Baylee was so sweet, almost perfect and then in contrast you have her sudden death. Her life ripped away from her just as her new life was taking shape.
Honestly Im worried for Mike n Marley.. I love them together so much and I hoping they can all get through this in one piece. Marley is so understanding and caring. Michael did the right thing by letting her know that she is his future. I think that will give her reassurance moving forward.
Baylee's so cute ;3 I want to see her again :P

I LOVE Elastic Heart right now. I play it like every day on my 45minute drive to work. The lyrics made me think of Michael the first time I ever heard it - hence the thick skin and elastic heart.
But on to my review...
Damn Kenny... damn him to hell. Poor Michael! I just wanted to jump into the story and scoop him up off that bathroom floor and squeeze him. Ria, your ass should have went to the cops LONG ago!!
Marley's such a good person to stick by Michael through all of this and accept his love for Ria. Michael better not have to fight until his 'last breath'!! You hear me!! I need a happy ending!!!

Me toooooo. I love that song and the first time I heard it I thought of Michael too. This story and Inked I had it in mind as theme songs. This story more so though.
Mean you imagine how much Micharl had to fight not to scream out at he top of his lungs when he found out? He had Bay in his arms so he had to think of her first. He lost it everytime he was alone. Yeah Ria should have went to the cops. Unfortunately she underestimated Kenny's crazy. She thought his whole thing was a bluff because he had disappeared. She thought he got what he wanted and moved on. She was wrong.
I can tell you this much. Michael will be a warrior in this.

I knew this chapter was going to hurt my soul. It was so beautifully written and beautifully right. Just wow, it was perfect. It scared me and had me wanting to fight. That's usually a good thing too. But gawd, I feel for poor Michael. I've never lost a spouse, but I've witnessed it and it's fucking awful. I always say you never love someone as much you miss them. You'd always rather love them while they're there.
Marley's so understanding though. Thank goodness. She's not jealous or disrespectful. She only wants to love Michael and the baby and move forward with them.

Kenny's dad got his comeuppance. He and his little group did a number on Kenny and other children in their circle. Kenny is the psychopath of the bunch. Ria got very spicy at the end. It touched my heart to see how understanding Marley is knowing that Michael is still in love with Ria. I mean, when you lose the one person who you planned to be with forever til death do you part, you can't just throw away that love for another. You'll always have that place in your heart for them and that's exactly what Mike has for Ria. He loves Marley no doubt about that and I know Ria would have wanted for him to find someone that will make him happy and he did. She wouldn't have wan him to still be depressed over her death and having Bay motherless.
We just gotta get rid of Kenny crazy ass for good. I can't wait for the next chapter cause shit is insane now, lol.

Yes Marley kind of had an idea that Michael still had love for Ria. She's seen him morn her over the years. That's why she never acted on her feelings before. She waited and him letting her know he had feelings for her too was like water in drought. She knows he loves her. That's why Michael had to be open about that with her.
