When it comes to sides she can't just pick one father and it the other and she has a point when Michael first met Marcus he was being rude , kissing her up and down playing her cooking he started that so now he's made Marcus is doing all this b.s to him ? Maybe Marcus when to far but you can't just start something and think people aren't going to retaliate , she's been on Michael's side but how many times did he come home drunk and wanted to argue about bullshit , she was just trying to make peace because Maddox will never forget his dad no matter who comes in the picture , they all need to stop this petty arguing and be their for Maddox, Nina and Marcus as his parents and Michael as his stepdad

Right! Even though Marcus made it clear he wasn't happy about Michael being in the picture, Michael made the situation worse by being rude when meeting him. He COULD have been the bigger person and tried harder to get along with Marcus from the start even though he didn't feel like it was his job to do so.
And right again! Michael doesn't make it easy for her to pick his side most times. And right Maddox is not an infant, he has memories with his dad, he knows who is real father is and they can't just wipe Marcus out of his life without it affecting him. He needs all of them like you said.

Ah shit...the mess has really hit the proverbial fan!
I knew Hideki would turn out to be a thorn in their sides and a lesson learned the HARD way. It's both Nina and MJ's fault. An employee, especially one who is in your home, should have NEVER been placed in their relationship and family business. He overstepped his bounds many times, IMO. But again, Nina and MJ put him in these positions and allowed it.
Hideki will be like a woman scorned Noe, telling their intimate business to any tab who will listen...He may even imply he and Nina were fooling around.
Lord, I knew Hailey and James were on the rocks, and tbh Hailey has a right to not like his "friendship" with Brianne, BC like MJ, I'm thinking he has feelings for her as more than a "friend."
Unfortunately, MJ has a point when he says Nina almost always takes others sides. I mean, she had the nerve to say this issue with Marcus was ALL his fault, when she knew just as well as he did, that Marcus did not like him from the beginning, even before he met him. Hell, he told Nina when she took Maddox to see him in prison that he had problems with MJ, wanted her back and would stop at NOTHING to achieve it, so that's bs on her end. Straight up.
And once again, here she goes putting Marcus ahead again and using Maddox as the scapegoat. Yes, he could sue her for custody or visitation. BUT, she can also counter such a claim with the evidence of what he's done to both MJ and Maddox. This fool mentally abused his own son by trying to plant mess in his mind (sex abuse) against his stepfather out of pure spite, jealousy and hatred.

Even though Michael purposely put Hideki in that position to spite him for over stepping his bounds a while back, he finding out Hideki's not the average pawn and Michael will learn fast that he won't be able to continue to manipulate him. and RIGHT he could get seriously out of control.
And yeah, Nina feels like it was Michael's job to win over Marcus from the beginning to create this civil union and because he didn't kiss Marcus's ass and try to befriend him, he's caused all of this hatred and jealousy. Which is not entirely true, Marcus was jealous regardless of how nice or not nice Michael came across.
And yep, you're right again, but we all know that the sympathy and guilt Nina feels inside for Marcus is going to stop her from taking any serious action against him. But she's going to have to let go of that.

Nina is crazy if she thinks Hideki simply became friends with her for the hell of it. That dude became friends with her with the express purpose of coming between her and Michael and no one can tell me otherwise. UGH!!!
While Michael was wrong for asking Hideki to spy that comment about not being his wife is ridiculous. It's obvious that Michael wants her back in his life and is working to make that happen so it's not like their not involved. Their in a relationship. It's not marriage but still. They are in a relationship of some sorts so yean Nina was definitely wrong with her comment. Hideki just like gossip, and he thought it would be fun to gossip with Michael Jackson's wife (back in the day). Now he's realizing that he's done got himself into something over his head.
And yep! Nina's back in her defenisve ways which Michael just can't deal with. She actually considers Hideki her friend and feels like she owes him for his honesty about Michael during his whole prescription pill struggle.

All these "if...then" comments are such fast tracks to escalating the problem. And the whole, "since I'm not your wife.." is B.S., as I don't remember spouses as being the only ones with a vested interest. Nina needs to start being vulnerable rather than just defensive. Yes, MJ is to blame for this one, but Nina escalated it quickly.
