Poor Ria... while I know I will be sad by what the last few chapters feat. Ria will entail, I am looking forward to it! You are a fantastic writer menen and this story has got me all sorts of addicted.
The romance is there but the thrills, the mystery, the darkness.. I enjoy those things as well.
Mike and Ria seem to be head over heels for each other and it's wonderful that they have settled into married life-- unfortunately Kenny has reared his ugly head and I am saddened how this will end.
Please update ASAP!!

I can handle the darkness you should know that! Lol Even though it's gonna hurt watching Kamara and Michael coming to an end.
Man this chapter was INTENSE. Shit, I felt eyes on me the whole time I was reading it! Kenny is out of his damn mind for real, the creepiest stalker I've read about on this site!
Poor Michael... the hardest part will be reading about how he deals with the coming tragedy.

Yeah, not posting details was very considerate for those readers who've experienced that. I think I prefer the Marley chapters because I don't know for sure that they'll end in murder lol. I read for the reprieves from rapes, murders, etc, that seem to color my world.

Three chapters including the Marley/Michael ones? You know me...I much prefer the Michael/Marley chapters, though I'm horribly disappointed in Michael's failure to warn Marley and adequately keep a watch on her when he's working. That's unforgiveable in my stance, as at any of those moments she could've been killed and it would be on his hands for ignoring the obvious.
Ria has now been raped, right? That's pretty sinister...plus she was found without her ring and missing a few things, so I think we kinda expect something warped and 'Criminal Minds' at this point.
And me? I just want Michael and Marley chapters <3

Lol I know you love you some Marley and Michael chapters. No there's only about 3 Ria and Michael chapters left. There will be only Michael and Marley chapters after that. Michael knows he failed but he'll make up for it in upcoming Chapters. Above and beyond.

Another dark chapter! Kenny is very sinister. He really needs to sit down and have a talk with Jesus. I really think his issues with himself causes him to act evil. He's too controlling and hates rejection. Sadly a lot of narcissistic individuals behave that way. I cannot believe he poisoned his own father. How cruel and sick to murder your own parent!

You have to remember his father did some heinous shit to him and allowed just as bad things to happen on his watch sho that wa his motive for killing him. First of all... I am SO SORRY for the late reply!! You know I love this story so much but life just gets in the way sometimes... :(
But here I am... and this story gets crazier and crazier. I would be feeling down and out too if my man was suddenly being distant to me. And Detectve Canton--- AUUUGHHHH I loathe him more an more each and every chapter!! He is causing trouble between Mike and Mar and I don't feel he had any right to tell Marley about the box even though I believe Michael should have been told her.
Awww man... now Marley is now going to rip Mike a new one!! Lawwwd the drama!!

Marley better mention that guy knowing her name asap. Especially given what Canton just told her. What a creepy police officer. After the way he's acted, I probably wouldn't have invited him in.....
Michael is going to get what's coming to him, from Marley. Given that it's her safety on the line, not informing her immediately was careless. He can't keep her safe when he's not there. Upsetting her in such a situation is adaptive and shows caution and care. Not doing so? A sign of someone who isn't acting in anyone's best interests.

Marley is going to lay into him. Especially after what they talked about before he left for work. He dropped the ball. As you can see he can't always be with her to protect her so the more she knows the better. He has to do better and he will. Canton has overstepped with both Michael and Marley. Okay, I had to read this one before I go to bed.
Now, those three together was an awww moment for me. They did seemed like a family, in reality they really weren't. :( But when Michael didn't correct Mrs. Lee when she called Marley his wife I was like. 'Sookie, sookie, na'. Mike you ain't gonna correct her?' But everybody and they mamas know that Mike is feeling Marley on the download, he just isn't openly showing it yet. As the same thing for Marley too.
And poor Baylee Waylee with the momma blues. I wouldn't know how it feels to be so young without a mother. But I do know that it's heartbreaking. Not for her but for Michael too.
But why do I feel like Ria was murded. Like, I really do believe she was murdered by someone. And if true, I'm gonna jump in this goddamn story and murder me their asses. Whoever the hell did it!!!!! I ain't playing, I ain't playing!! ;(;(;(;( Taking that man's wife and baby's mother away like that. Knowing damn well they needed her.
I can't wait to find out what really happened to Ria.
