I'm trying to get my mind straight. I don't think I can. My thoughts are all over the place. I don't blame them for wanting other detectives for the case. It's completely understandable now. I don't know if it was a good idea to leave. They're gonna be found either way unless they have some lock down situation where nobody knows a thing.
Heres to hoping Hicks will sing like a canary! I'm talkin Bee Gees jams. Somebody has to tell it!! You already know I need this to go on longer lol I'm in your DMs begging. Michael and Ria especially! I can't force you but still! Gawd I'm gonna be a mess for the last posts. Just gonna be tripping during every review. Like I told you in Dms the story is not going to be terribly long but you won't be left hanging. There is a lot on the horizon and I will say it will get worse before it gets better. There is a rainbow I can promise you that.
With the new developements they would have needed new detectives anyway. Now it's confirmed that Steven is in fact Kenny and Hicks is down for the count. Escape is the only reprieve for now. <333

Yup!! Ria should have told Michael. It would have been a different outcome for sure. Even though he backed off of her for sometime he's still out there and she should have used that to go to the police but with him being gone for the moment she thought he was full of shit.

Anyway, so that's the reason why he is so angry with Michael all because he was left alone because Michael was making excuses here and there and blah, blah, blah??? Seriously Kenny??? I rather try to ruin his life if he killed someone I love but that's prêt as hell to be angry and want to ruin Mike's life because of some ol' itty bitty thing. Y'all was young ass hell then. It's stupid buy I guess when you have a father like Kenny and being emotionally and physically abused you go boocoo crazy.
So he blackmailed Ria into not telling Michael about their 'rendezvous' at the hotel that she did not in fact purchased the room or anything else. He got some nerve to video everything when he drugged her but to make it seem as if she enjoyed it.
This is all getting crazy and I'm staring to love it although there's only one more chapter left of Mike and Ria.
Also, im so happy that she's pregnant but the things that baby gotta suffer in her belly. Smh. Jesus please take the wheel and be a fence around that fetus. Please lordt!!!!

You have to remember Kenny experienced sexual abuse not only from his father but from his father's friends as well. He's damaged beyond repair. Kenny is just... chile... that man is TWISTED!
But I can't help but to somewhat understand why he's acting the way he is. I couldn't imagine the hurt and pain he felt when Michael wouldn't stay and left him alone with the 'monster'. That really stuck with him and Kenny has carried that rage ever since.
What he did to Ria is inexcusable though. Raping her and then blackmailing her. Aughhhh I can't stand him!

He's learned his lesson because he sees just how dire the situation is becoming. It's not just abstract anymore. Marley wants to trust him so she's giving him the chance to prove himself. Things are heating up now and they'll need each other more than ever in the coming chapters. Canton's dislike for Michael will cloud his judgement so it might be best he hands over the case. I definitely think she forgave him to easily. She's an incredibly passive woman. Incredibly.
I don't get why he didn't just ask for Hicks' superior. If he's going to say he'll protect her, he can't give into barriers so easily. A man who is desparate to protect his family doesn't let his daughter or his SO out of his site; he also is adament about getting his case heard. He's done neither of these.

But in my outling the next few chapters them talking to the lieutenant and getting their case reassigned I wanted that to come a little later. You'll see why. I hope. Lol.
