So he killed the actual guy who was Steven and took over his identity. Wow. Plus the man had no family so it made everything easier to do. Smdh. Smart but evil.
And the way he described hos beef with Mike is mostly over women. That other stuff he mentioned in previous chapters don't matter. It's all about the women that Michael supposedly took from him which is not true. And I'm like.... really.nigga? With your socio/psychopathic ass.
And I can't even belieeeeeve he ducked hicks wife Marla. Really Marla? No wonder her ass was crying super duper harder than a damn.baby at the funeral cause she knew her cheating ass was wrong. Even if he neglected her, why keep quiet about it and not make it known to him how the way he's treating you. Better than fucking that lunatic I tell ya.

I'm just ready to know how in the Hell he's gonna tell Mike that Bay could possibly be his. What do his ass have in mind for that?

Man, I was rooting for Hicks the whole time even though I knew he wasn't going to make it lol Kenny is so SICK!!!!
This whole chapter just made my skin crawl! And at the end he has a wall with Michael, Marley AND Baylee's photos on it?! If he touches my little Bay, I PROMISE I'm jumping in there and killing him myself.
I have no idea what Marley's parents are going to find out, but I know the ghosts in her closet aren't the only thing she's gonna need rescuing from.

Yeah remember in the last chapter Hicks finds that room full of pictures on the wall. Ones with Ria Michael Markey and Bay too. So that's where he was looking at the pics. My bad it's Michael and Marely that will find out key information. Not her parents. I fixed that. It's going to be Topsy tervy lol. Next chapter is Michael, Marely and Bay. More happy times.

Good question. He positioned Hicks so his foot was lodged on the gas pedal and let gravity do the rest downhill. I'll have to add that in there. Lol thanks for pointing that out. Ok don't try this at home but when you use and empty syringe and send air into the blood stream you die so that's what he used to cause the stroke like symptoms. Yes he did. He had takes about it back in one of the earlier chapters. He got a whole new face and teeth. Hope that answered your questions.<333

okay. so the beginning, girl you had me thinking something bad was gonna happen! I thought they were going to request a break or one of them were going to try and run away for a few days without telling the other or kenny was gonna find out where they were! You really had me going and i love that because it turned out soooooooo well! They opened up to each other and realized their love for one another, told baylee, though as smart as she is (too adroable) she already know (i mean really. she is too adorable) and they are all happy now but! I know, I can feel the drama and fear setting in. Kenny is nowhere near done. In his eyes, this dude aint even started yet. Now with this pick up in the relationship, He's probably going to kick it up a notch like he did with Ria :/ I'm scared, Tut!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! This chapter melted my heart straight into a puddle under my desk!!! So sweet and so perfect. Baylee is such a smart girl, ain't no gettin' nothing past her.
Ria totally would have wanted them to find happiness like this and I'm so glad Baylee was so accepting of Marley. Calling her mommy already!! Awww... I don't think it's odd at all considering she never really knew her real mom.

Those moments with Michael and Marely are so easy to write because I like expressing just how much they love and it's not blindly. They have questions and fears and they soothe each other's. Baylee is awesome. She saw them kissing and didn't even step in. She thought it was mommy and daddy kissing. So sweet. Well, I could understand why Marley would feel a little insecure about the love Michael has for her. I don't think she's jealous jealous of Ria but wants a similar love as to what Michael gave Ria. His love for Ria will always be a difference from the one he has for Mar because he and Ria had something different in the past. That love is separate from Mar's. If that makes any sense, lol.
So Baylee is a little smart cookie I see. Is crazy how she knew they kissed before and they never knew about it until now. She's good!!!! But there was no need to be so afraid to tell Bay about them. It's obvious she was all for it From the moment they kissed.
As for Her calling Mar mommy. I mean, yes Ria will always and I mean always be her MOTHER, but Marley was and is all she knows as a mother to her. The poor girl lost her mom as an infant, she wouldn't remember her. But I think it's only fair she could call Mar mommy. That's the only mother figure she has close to an actual mom.
I think it would make Ria happy to know that her daughter has someone watching her little girl for her, and caring and loving Mike since she's RIP. I truly believe she's happy and wouldn't have mind at all. If Mike and Bay happy, then she is. That's how I see it.

Yeah but I think Michael reassured her just how much he really does love her. Him hiding the box and how he broke down when talking about Ria was jarring for her so those little doubts snuck in. Bay is a smart cute little cookie. She saw them kissing and they didn't even know. She just thought it was natural I suppose. I feel for both of them. I'm glad we got to hear more of Marley's background too. She'd been hurt by a childhood friend and so had Michael. They can definitely understand each other when it comes to that. They deserve to be happy, and I'm hoping they will finally get that taste soon. The love is real there, and they deserve it! I just hope it happens or else I'm fighting your knees.
Baylee knows what's up. She's a smart girl and she already knew. That's my girl!
Now Baylee calling her mommy doesn't bother me at all. My half siblings call Ma their mom too. With Baylee, well, that's the only mom she's ever known. If Marley is fine with it and Michael is, then there shouldn't be any problem. The baby never got the chance to know her bio mom, and she sees Marley as one. I love their relationship, and I know in the long run, Baylee will still love Marley too.

Awww I'm so glad that they are releasing whatever is holding them back and sincerely lovng each other. The way they laid together-- totally naked but indulging in each other spiritually and emotionally rather than sexually was one of the sweetest things I have EVER read!
I'm glad they finally told Baylee about their relationship but it didn't even surprise me that she knew about it. Kids are smarter than we give them credit for and they know how to put two and two tgether.
That being said, maybe it's the old-fashioned part of me, but I don't think Baylee should be calling Marley 'mommy' until Michael actually makes Marley his wife. I'm really hoping that comes to fruition!! *hint, hint*

Auughh I had to take my time and read this chapter and I was on pins and needles after every sentence!! I am so DISGUSTED with Kenny! What a sicko! So awful!!
Poor Michael! Left with sweet little Baylee to raise... I keep re-reading the flashback of that knock coming on his door to tell him that he would never be seeing his wife again. How DEVASTATING!! And the fact that Kenny snuffed her life out near her birthday??? Augghhh K, this chapter was so sad :(
