This is just the begining of LaToya's bad behavior.
As for Katherine, she truly was a very religious woman so I can see somethnig like this happening in my head.
As for this story line, she's pretty well aware that kind of stuff goes on behind closed doors in their own home. However she likes to pretend it doesnt so she enforces the silly rules. Michael is her good child, the one who never rebels. So she likes to pretend its not happning.

Ohh I´m so sorry to hear about your friend! :o Just take the time you need girl, I mean, I'm addicted to this story but in a situation like this it is completely understandable!
Anyway, I really loved this chapter, like I said before I enjoy seeing them just live their normal lives, it's really cute and realistic!
By the way, when Michael said there were bad memories in his former bedroom, was he referring to one of his exes or Joseph? I was a little confused by that. Talking about Joseph, maybe you could add a little drama with him included :)

Aww they are so cute together! I really enjoy just those little things like Michael holding her near and putting an arm around her and stuff :) And I also prefer reading in Michael's POV.
By the way, is this still Thriller era or is Michael already touching his Bad era? I like to stick with Thriller but then again We Are The World is finished so then he would be in the transition era, but then again Katherine said Mike is 26 so that would be like 1984 which is still 100% Thriller. I'm sorry, I can be too perfectionistic sometimes (and I absolutely don't mean to criticise or anything), I was just genuinely wondering :) I would still imagine him in his Thriller era anyway when reading though haha, it's my favorite era!

And yes, he's in the transition now, right now in the story it's April of 1985. We are the world was recorded in January and released in March. Michael will be 27 in a few months and will start laying down the first real recordings for Bad. And don't apologize girl! I'm a perfectionist too so I love to get the feedback where people are actually curious to know know more about the backbone of the story. Because it is my personal belief that there is always more to a story than what is being released. There isn't always a way to convey EVERYTHING. So if you have more questions about info in the story that isn't given straight out, feel free to ask!

One of my friends who is a frequent Disneyland visiter told me about it. I'm actually curious to try it out for myself as well. How it ended up in the story is beyond me but hey, it worked!
