Never a dull moment at Hayvenhurst. Everytime they go there, it is nothing but drama. 

I think Michael is better off avoiding the place for some time. He doesn't need to live there, or be getting into physical fights and it isn't healthy for Wini to be around so much stress and conflict while she's pregnant. There are even physical considerations. I get that she's a cop so she's better able to handle herself than most but if she accidentally gets into the middle of another Michael-Joseph brawl one stray punch or kick to the stomach could make her lose the baby. 

Unfortunately I think he's fighting a losing battle hoping that his mother will permanently kick out Joseph. She should have left him 20 years ago and since then he has given her nothing but more reasons but she still keeps trying to see the good in him and giving him chances. She is simply one of those people who does not believe in divorce and she isn't going to change. The best I think her kids can hope for is that Joseph maintains a separate residence and only stops by the house occassionally, and they can make sure they aren't around when he does. It simply isn't worth their energy to worry about it anymore. 

Katherine does need to apologize to Mike and Wini though about how she handled learning about the pregnancy. But let her come to them, they should avoid the house as long as Joseph is there. 

What kind of person calls their own son a fag? Smdh.

I agree with you fully and I don't think Wini does too. Michael just might be coming around to that realization himself, it's taking him a little longer due to him constantly trying to get Katherine to see the light and ease up on her sense of stubbornness but I think he just might be coming around to the fact that it is a battle not worth fighting and that there is a bigger and more important picture to look at.
