Tsk tsk Michael sure was being a naughty boy in this chapter. I think Diana is going to have to punish him, and I think he's counting on it!
Michael's attraction to Diana is starting to go beyond the physical now. She's everything that Annie is not, even in some good ways. Diana sees beyond the good boy routine, she understands that he is human and has a dark side and accepts it. I don't think Annie really knows him that well at all. Case in point Annie was being a complete bitch about that snake and it's obviously important to him. Annie just sees him as this perfect image of a boyfriend and tries to conform him to that, instead of trying to understand him. She's living in lalaland if you ask me. This chapter makes me think that maybe Annie is not really the best match for Michael in the end after all. Just because she's a 'good girl' doesn't mean she'll make him happy!

Michael was being hella bad in this chapter! Annie was very opinionated about the snake. It does not help that Diana is all go about the snake. That is a very interesting take on the dynamic of Diana, Michael and Annie. I completely see and understand all your points. And as you see, Michael is forming an internal battle about this. We will see how everything goes. It is just a different spin of a story to have one kinda sorta like the villian lol. Because like you said in the next chapter, it almost feels strange to like somebody like Diana lol, it's just a different take on a story :)

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me, but I was seriously cheering Diana on in this last chapter. I was like "that's right, snap that arm like a twig!" I think I'm on the express train to hell now.
Maybe it's because Diana's completely right in that Annie should be yellling at her boyfriend, not trying to fight her. Sure Diana is a bitch but he's the one who can't control himself.

My dear, nothing is wrong with you lol. You have every right to think that. Diana was cold with what she did. She basically put her in check! And you right, Michael needs to learn some self-control up in here damn it! lol. I probably would not have slapped her and may not have even acknowledged Diana without talking to the bf, but Annie decided to go for it. Well, you see what happened. No love for Annie though? lol. I'm sure you got sssoommee love for Annie somewhere lol...
