The more sensitively Michael acts, the more my heart feels for him :(. What he had been through was so terrible >:(.
I really like the scene you put your 4 characters together. To me, I picture it as a classical scene in classic old novels, or an old-established picture in black and white or sepia.
I LOVE Dr. House! It's so nice that you put him in your stories. Although I think this Dr. Floyd is more creepy :)).

I must tell you when I read to the part when Michael and Annabelle came to his bedroom, my pervert mind thought there would be some S&M scenes :)) which is not really my kind :)). But fortunately it was not.
And I know the reason that villain came to Michael's house would be no good -_-. Well, whenever that man appears, bad things will come.

You have the same idea as me, girl :)) (well, at least almost the same :v ). I also think the women who always talk trash about Michael in real life but never have the chance to meet and know him are secretly obsessed and in love with him :p.
The thing you bring about the judge in this chapter is like a bomb, girl! When I read the part...well 'that' part :)), I think I screamed like a mad person :)). First I think the judge's hate for Michael comes from jealousy, but now it seems like something is 'deeper'.
And I have to agree with Michael, killing sneddon is a too easy punishment for him.
