I almost want to go take a photo of the writing I was guilty of when I was younger. Its awful but forgiveable and if but nothing else, cute. My stories were so incredibly innocent. If I had to write the word SEX I used to write S_ _  hahahaha. or S * *... I was a very sheltered kid. 

The plot line of your first story is actually pretty cute. 

The first story I read was one about Michael and Lisa Marie Presley and I can't remember what it was called, but it was actually very good. At the time Michael was still married to LMP and I was a huge fan of her (now, I have realistic and normal ideas of her and I don't believe the sun shone out her arse like I did back then--- to say the very least *cough*) too. I also read another one called Fire & Ice by a writer called BlueSW who came to be a friend of mine. It was a really good story and she was an incredible writer who has now gone on to write professionally. 

So, my first fan fiction ever was about a girl (suspiciously described as myself) who wins a competition to meet Michael Jackson; all expenses paid trip to Neverland. Hahaha. And she goes (unaccompanied?!) and hangs out and ends up being his friend. For whatever reason, her parents abandon her (and this is where it gets good LOL), she ends up living with him and falling in love with Macaulay Culkin --- and somehow she gets knocked up (not to Mac), and Macaulay turns in to a drug addict (this is obviously the time period where I decided I didn't like him anymore??) and so she ends up in a love affair with Michael's nephew TJ.... And then she makes friends (she is about 15 all through this time btw lol) and she suddenly then discovers she can sing.... so Michael helps her launch her singing career and TJ gets jealous (LOL must have been the time his own career took a nose dive) ... and it went on and on and on for about 12 notebooks.... hahaha

Oh my.... I'm curious to know on what note I left it. I used to race home from school every day and write 10 notebook pages and then run to my best friends house (two houses away on my street) and we'd lay on her bed and I'd narrate it to her. And then I used to read to her in the bath ... and Im not even embarrassed to say, that even now, she is 30 and I am 31, that when I see her, she asks me to bring my latest fan fic and I still read to her in the bath.... LOL

Hi Brandy it's nice to meet you :)  Well I have loved Michael since I was 5. The first video that I watched was Billie Jean and I simply fell in love with it and him. I thought that it was so cool how the sidewalk would light up almost by magic as his walked on it.As the years passed my love for Michael grew. I would watch his videos and fantasize about going to his concerts. I dreamed about meeting him like all of the time. I started writing mjfiction in 2009. My first mj fanfic was called Give In To Me. I had watched the video and I was mesmerized by how sexy Mike looked in the video. And when his looked at the camera briefly I started blushing like no lie. GITM was never published online and I think that I still have it, but it's not good. Lol the only thing that I miss about high school was sneaking into the boys bathroom and locker room *snickers*

I got into Michael in Jamaica. A friend of mine had the BAD album and I borrowed it and never gave it back. Lol. There wasn't much Michael Mania there for Thriller so I didn't get to experience that. I remember when I came here I got a pair of Michael's LA Gear sneakers. The black ones with the buckles. You couldn't tell me jack. Lol. 

I got into writing fan fic in 2010. I used to spend every spare minute I wasn't working or spending with my family brousing forums till I joined MJJB. It closed not too long after I officially joined and I migrated to MJJE them MJJU. 

As for high school memory. Hmm I was pretty much devoted to my books and sports. I was an honor student so I had time for little else plus I was pretty sheltered. College however is another story. I wasn't a drinker still not but I grew quite a bit socially spiritually and politically. I'm happy with my life right now despite the difficulties I have but. I wouldn't trade the time for anything. <333

Lol! I used to write wrestling fan fic when I was 13 (don't judge me) and my writing was about like yours in the beginning. Lol! 😂😂 

My very first MJ story I wrote is What Dreams May Come. I don't want to go into the plot of this because it's something I'm still working on and plan to post real soon. Baby Be Mine is actually the 4th story I've written. Hopefully soon I'll get my other stories out though. 

The first MJ fic I've ever read is called Off the Wall written by my sister....it used to be on MJJB and I honestly can't remember what happened. 

Hey Brandy!!! And yes I do always have the singer's face in mind when I see your screen name lol. 

My first exposure to Michael was in March of 1988 when my mom carried me in her belly to the BAD tour concert in St Louis (I was born in August of 88). 

To know that even as an unborn fetus that I was that close to him in the hottest stage of his life is good enough for me LOL.

I can vaguely remember having his Dangerous cassette tape in my possession as a child and loving Remember the Time, listening to it rewinding it manually and listening to it again and again. But my mom stopped supporting him after the allegations and from there he kind of fell off the grid to me. I seriously remember her sitting me down and having a talk with me about bad men like Michael Jackson who do things to kids that's like when she warned me about rape and not trusting strangers and all that. Thus, I moved on to Backstreet Boys, Destiny's Child, Britney Spears, etc.

I didn't really become a major fan until not this past June but like June 1st 2014 when on the radio they were honoring him on the month that he died. They played Smooth Criminal and I was drawn in immediately. I went home and Youtubed all his videos (Hearng Remember the time was SO freaking nostalgic to me that I cried). I didn't really want to fall into a Fandom for a dead guy but from that moment I watched all his videos he just would not stay out of my dreams and it seemed like everywhere I went for the next couple of days I'd hear his song playing in stores and even at the club I go to.

It became an inside joke with my BFF that he was following us around. Literally everyday for like a week we kept hearing his music randomly which probably was only such a huge coincidence because we were more aware as before we'd never have noticed or cared. 

Writing had always been a hobby/outlet of mine. I think in cases of celebrities especially ones no longer with us, we can't express our feelings to them to get then off our chests so we express them this way. I'm a closet writer though so none of my friends have read my stories. I used to write for Fanfiction.net for a video game I was into when I was like 15 and then a Backstreet boy forum at like 13 and I know my stories were terrible too. Recently though Ive started to come out of the writers closet though an a coworker and I are signed up for these creative writing classes in our town I'll probably want to scrap all my stories and start new when I've completed that class LOL because even now I know I could use some improvement.

Well, girlie there's my story!!! I'm not even going to talk about HS lol braces and acne that's about all I can remember.

I remember being into Michael as early as 4 years old. My sister was a bigger fan than I was though. One of the earliest memory I have is seeing him on t.v. there was like a M.J marathon showing all his videos...me and my cousins used to pile up in front of the T.v. And just watch until bed time....I miss those day.

How I got into reading and writing MJ fiction...my sister. She used to read and write and I would read her stories, so I decided to give it a shot one day a few years back ....and I love every bit of it.

I'm the same age as you, about to go into my senior year on Friday. My fave color is pink and girl sleeping is my favorite thing to do. 

I found out about Michael the same way you did once he passed away and this girl I used to hang out with in Middle school was OBSESSED with him like she used to talk about him everyday. So I decided to do my research and found him so beautiful and so sweet and my mother she was always a fan since the Jackson 5 so I had her too.

I found out about MJfiction through youtube, I read stories of him on there and one of the authors said she was moving to here so I followed and wow it was amazing here. Myself I was already writing stories cause I was in love with Mindless Behavior and I wrote fanfic about them so I decided why not try writing about Michael?

I'm still trying to get the hang of writing though my other stories were good but now I feel as though I'm lacking, but I look up to your stories, I find them amazing.
