The Mikey Bear story is cute.
I love the tension. My one hangup is I'm never sure whether I feel their exchanges are corny or too corny (e.g. "You’ve awakened feelings I’ve buried for years.” or "I feel drawn to you like a moth to a flame. What have you done to my cold heart?”). I guess my hold up is that I've never heard people say stuff like that before. Well, unless immediately post-sex when people tend to share more than intended. Maybe it's that most of these thoughts are usually conveyed in gestures, a touch, eye contact, a grimace, etc, as the vast majority of communication is really nonverbal?
On another note, I love the playfulness. It makes their relationship fun to read about.

Awe, I loved how simple but, loving is the reason for Barry the Bear 🐻and Mikey Bear 🐻 💗. As saved, loved and protected she felt with Barry she does with Michael. Makes you think, I know her ex IS a major *SSHOLE and he abandoned her but, it was for the best. Thank you fate for bringing the right man along; her soul mate and his name is Mike . She would keep Barry on a chair close to the bed while still living with that jerk and would sleep with "BtB" when they didn't share a bed. After bunking a with Mike a few times she felt just as comforted as holding Barry. That there is a major reveal of her feelings for Michael. 😊💖🐻
I love Michael's romantic side, he always wants those 1st times 😉, to be sooo romantic,nice and slow. I will be more than happy to comply.

So far the most touching chapter. Michael's sensitivity to other's pain is so beautiful. There will N.E.V.E.R be someone like Michael ever. I'm trying to put myself in Megan's shoes to try to understand her doubts. For I like her, I'm very independent and can be proud. I have experience that they are good people left in this world that; they are willing to help you for nothing in return. They can help you by just lending you a few dollars till pay day, or opening their home to you; because you stretch your paycheck as much as you could but, are not able to pay your power bill and it happens to be the hottest and humid time of the year. Or just as simple words of kindness or give a hug and let you know they are there for you. I feel Michael more than proved himself to Megan to know his intentions are genuine. Her fear, she needs to let go and have faith on Mike.
I love how Michael right after she told him that she let couple believe that he was her boyfriend he called himself that for the rest of the chapter 💗💗. Why he is called Mikey Bear 🐻?? Simple his hugs are so warm and when he embraces you completely you feel like everything will be fine. I wished I could had hugged him just once 😢.
How adorable, I can just pictured it the little boy talking to Michael in his lap and showing him his new fuzzy friend MJ the bear * cuteness 😊😊*
