I like how you used supporting characters (James and Hayley) to provide a mirroring of Michael and Nina's relationship. Michael needed that. Though, I'm slighly surprised that he didn't need neon signs and interpretation to see it lol.
She needs to tell Michael asap and bring him with her. That's what she needs to do. Pleeeaaaase have her be that smart.

Maddox has been like such the perfect little well behaved child... It's starting to get unrealistic lol He has to act out sometimes. The more things get confusing around him between his dad, Michael, and Nina... the more he'll probably act out.

Girl I was waiting on Marcus's ass to pop up on their doorstep the entire time I was reading, talking bout 'good behavior'. Lmao.
I'm glad they got the chance to talk. I still feel though that the type of closure she says she's looking for with Marcus don't match up with all the effort she's putting in to get that closure. Wishing him well and happy is great but all that sneaking around makes it seem like there is more to it than just that. Even her thinking at one point of keeping Marcus around as a fail safe if things with Michael don't work out. I'm very skeptical of this 'closure'.
They didn't make me itch much this chapter at all. I'm proud of them. I can't beleive the girls are walking around already. Be still my heart.

I know Katherine has a dislike for Nina but she's a God fearing woman she could have at least been curtious to her. She's the mother of 2 of her grandchildren about to be 3 now. It's only right she not be rude. Michael we already know his ass can be rude but she should have set an example and practice what she preaches.
i know Michael's ass don't want to discuss this later either. He's hoping to sex her into forgetful land. But this is why they're in the jam they're in now. Not enough talking and being truthful to each other!
Im still baffled as to what closure Nina needs. What is she expecting to happen? Like what she wants Michael and Marcus to vie for her love to see who wins out? Your married to another man closure should have come before any of that.

The superstar get up lol yeah he did it cause he knew he would be seen by the paparazzi and fans, but a little part of him did it to be a tease.
Michael's been pretty tore up about Nina several times now and as his mother, even a God fearing one... its hard for Katherine to be nice to Nina.
And right, he has no intentions of talking later... he's tryna get his and fall back into that pretendland so he doesn't have to deal with any of this... for now.
There will be more about Marcus later. He's a free man next chapter so watch out!

Is it wrong that I'm waiting for Grace to become a little creepy and controlling? This super-understanding Grace, is a bit unnerving lol.
Michael's mother needs to try and have a heart to heart with Nina. She's against divorce and for connection, so supporting Michael's skepticism feels odd.
The fight-make up sex cycle they are in is strong. How does he think they will have time to talk later on the plane? Umm...small space, Maddox, twins, employees.....it's hard to argue quietly, and most of what they do is argue. :/
(side note: none of this is criticism of your writing; it's just b/c I'm very into the story lol)

LOL!! I don't know though... If I was MICHAEL JACKSON's employee, nanny whatever I'm pretty sure I'd be super understanding too. He'd have to damn near kill me before I'd want to quit or anything. Though, she might eventually hit a breaking point if she feels the children are ever effected.
In Katherine's defense, she's never really liked Nina since the first chapter of the first story. She is against divorce, but what can you do when your child marries someone you know isn't good for them? It's not like she could have stopped Michael from marrying the woman... So now she's in kind of an "I told you so." position.
and LOL he DOESN'T he's skirted heavy conversations with Nina forever... he has no intentions of having a talk on the plane. He just wanted to bury Mike Jr in his hot wife go back to their happy zone and pretend none of this drama will happen again.
(side note: our reader/reviewer relationship has grown deep, I'd say. I understand and appreciate ALL of your comments I wouldn't care if you outright flamed me. lol)

Nina Nina Nina you finally said how you really feel. I'm under the impression she is over romanticizing her relationship with Marcus in her head. Yeah I get she loves him and I get that he's the father of her child but she will come to see that the man won't live up to the legend she remembers in her mind when he gets out. Right Nina is on a path to destroy her relationship with Michael and for someone who (you're right) she is living more in the memory of. Jail time changes people and not always for the better. He's only been in there since 6 months before the start of the last story so a total of almost 2 years. It ain't really like he's learned a huge lesson.
