Ahhhh!! I'm so happy I checked back here... it's been a while since I've last read anything on this board and I'm certainly glad your chapter was the first for me to read.
Sighhh this reminds me of all the reasons why I fell in love with MJ fanfics.
BTW, my boyfriend took me to New Orleans last month as a b-day/graduation/1 yr anniversary gift! Needless to say, I'm in love. Behind the rough exterior, it really is a beautiful and magnificent city. It truly is a gem and I can't wait to go back.
Anyways, enough chit chat. Wow... those roses has to be all Michael's doing. He does not give up so easily! As cute as Taj is, I'm still rooting for his uncle! Boy, I can't wait to see his reaction once he finds out that his own nephew is after the girl he's been pining over!

Wow the talk about her eyes was the very same as with Michael. I'm glad she drew the parralells. However discreet.
Taj is sweet and her age and God help for saying this but I don't think in the long run he could handle Keisha's intensity. Like you said he's a slow simmer.
I do see her getting devoured by Michael's hot fast burning flames easier than the simmer. The simmer while warm and cuddly could become stale and monotonous for Keisha's sensibilities. She an old soul. I may be wrong in my analogies but it's how I feel in my gut for this. It's consuming.(Michael's feelings and expressions there of I mean)
We'll see tho...Triangles are my favorite shape after all.
