I'm guessing he isn't actually evil. There has to be something else going on that we just don't know yet. At least I hope so. I'm assuming 'Mr. Tattoo' is Michael. I, uh, think...lol. If he is, I can't imagine he's actually evil or bad or whatever. Michael is too sweet and loving for that. :p
