Lol see.....the Baby Sibs all already read ahead, so they're currrently waiting for you and another update...but they didn't prepare me for all of this crying. They didn't let me know that these chapters were so emotional!
It's not emotional like, 'omfg, she wrote them so sad', it's just so emotional because like, your writing is so vivid that we like feel what the characters feel. Is easy to relate to or share their pain.
Like, the beginning part with Arianna. I was tearing all the way up; it's hard for her, but Renee's strength and guidance will be okay for her and help her get through it all.
And awwwww Michael in the beginning of this chapter was just absolutely heartbreaking. I don't have Lupus or Vitiligo or any of that, but quite a few of some of my patients have Lupus and it puts them in a lot of pain. The way they have to live with those horrible, painful, Lupus flares is so unfortunate, and sometimes they do kinda remind me of MJ.
I haven't read Frank's book yet, but that bathroom scene was so insightful. I can't explain it, but it kinda takes you into Michael's mind, his heart. It's upsetting that someone so wonderful had such self-esteem issues, but, it happens to the best of us.
A scary situation, but he has Arianna and Frank, and they genuinely care for him. And lmao at the Rock My World video shoot. That was hilarious! Awwww hehehe. And hmm....Michael's feelings for Jazmin will either increase or decrease. I'm glad that Ari likes her, but Michael makes me so uncomfortable about it. I feel like any day now that girl's gonna stab Jimmy in the back lmaooo :-/
And omfg that N'SYNC thing with MJ made my life back when it happened! XD
Jermaine and Randy were so out of line for going at Ari that way. They know damn well that is not her fault and that she most certainly has great concern for MJ. I get it that there are strains in the family and that they all want the best for Michael, but let's be real, they should *not* get so mad at each other, and especially not treat Ari such way. Hehehe it only makes MJ mad anyway XD
That was so sweet for Michael and Ari to go all on stage and sing together haha ^_^ How cute are they?
I definitely agree with you that Michael listened to the negative feedback and it seemed to drown out the positive feedback. We all have our bad days, and our off days, but it doesn't effect - or shouldn't - effect who we are. Of course Michael would change, he was older. But he was still lovely as ever. And people need to understand that Vitiligo is a sensitive issue and of course it would change his looks. But he still had the same heart, loveliness, and beauty inside and out.
Weight, stress, make up, and age do change a person, and I guess people don't get that, or want to get that. And of course, is a well known fact that MJ had surgeries, but like you said, who are we to talk about it? Surgery didn't change who he was and its not like he made himself ugly, I still think he was cute as a button teehee XD
I wish that he could see how amazing he looked. I wish he could just look in the mirror and say "Self, you're sexy", and then Self would reply "Thank you, Michael, I know" ........
^ Ok, well maybe not like that, but you get it lol. I just mean I wish he would've appreciated his natural attractiveness for what it was.
And girrrrlllllll you spared my HEART for not going on with 9/11/01. My heart definitely goes out to the victims of that day. Being in all of that craziness, just feel lucky as hell that I'm still alive and able to read this fabulous story! I do not blame you at all, I know is hard, it's painful and personal. That day feels just like yesterday for me

Frank's book is a must read but I must warn you and be prepared to hear some ugly truth about MJ. The only thing I will say is don't buy too much into what Frank says because even though he loved Michael, he cared for Michael... he wasn't around all the time and Michael to me sounded dependant on this drugs, not addicted, maybe he didn't go about it the right way but it sounds like to me that he didn't have ANYONE who believed him when he said he was in pain, they just gave him pills and expected him to perform. No one bother to ask him about his lupus and how painful some days could be which is why I decided to include that part in this chapter to make ppl aware how difficult it must have been for him.
Hmmm funny you say that about Jazmin, who knows! But Michael does overreact. He is too overprotective, he needs to learn to let go a bit or maybe listen to his gut more often :)
I'm glad you understood what I was trying to say in my conclusion. I was trying my best to word it properly without offending anyone. And I do too wish Michael saw how beautiful he was. Maybe if ppl told him this more often instead of bashing his looks he would have believed it. Is interesting to me however that a man so beautiful that the media chose to hate.
And yes, I was literally blocks away in school. And I knew ppl who lost their lives and ppl who knew ppl who lost their lives. I just didn't want to relive it and of course I was thinking of you and your feelings :)

Hi, sorry I have been a silent reader for a while now, I've never bothered to make an account for this site. But I've been reading your story non-stop for about a week and finally caught up, all can say is wow! I've grown so attached to all your characters that I don't think I can ever read another MJ fic again because I can only see Michael with Arianna! You have an amazing writing ability and do a tremendous job keeping the story engaging. You also do a great job lining up the story with Michaels real life, you have his character so true to him. I swear once I start reading I just cant stop! (One more chapter... 3 hours later.. One more chapter.. :D) As for this chapter, aww I loved Michael and Ariana singing together, it's nice to see Ariana moving on with her life. I know what its like to loose a mother, RIP Renee. And I REALLY love Jimmy for some reason, hes been my favorite character ever since they adopted him, he's too sweet. :) Regarding 9/11, I may not have been in New York when it happened, but I live right by Washington DC so I experienced some of it as well, horrible horrible times. Did Michael really have a meeting in the World Trade Center? Oh my word... I always say in my mind or somewhere in this world, Arianna and Michael really do exist and they are living their love affair. If only Michael had a woman like her then maybe he would still be here.

I love Renee and I'm sorry to hear about your mother. I can't even imagine the pain you must have felt and Jimmy has always been my fave. I could actually see him running around Neverland when he was little. When Michael talks so protective of him, is also me. I have grown attached to my characters.
9/11 was a crazy day not just for New Yorkers but for America. Being in Washington, DC which I have visited :) btw I could imagine the fear your city must have felt. I don't wish that pain for anyone. And yes, Michael had a meeting in one of the towers but he overslept since he had performed the night before and missed his meeting. God was with him that day. It was not his time to go. I believed he rushed out of the city with Frank Cascio to NJ and got away before the city closed down their tunnels and bridges. He was lucky.

OH MY GOSH! I loved this. It was a good mix of everything! Wow. O.o So much stuff going on. Between the breakdown, the sad parts, the fights between the brothers, the silly parts, the amazing performances, and of course, the tragic scene. :/ I can't say that I was as close as you or any New Yorker was to that attack. But it did affect me on a personal level too. My Aunt was supposed to have a meeting in the very same place Michael was. All I know is she woke up feeling under the weather so she didn't go. I could've lost her. Just like Michael was supposed to be there. Oversleeping that morning was one of the best things to happen to him on that day. However, that doesn't change how much my heart goes out to those who weren't so lucky. That was extremely tragic. I can still remember being really young and confused with what was going on. Gosh. Great work girl, I love it. :) Can't wait for more!

First off let me just say this chapter was wonderful. Ari and Mike had their ups and downs throughout the chapter but I'm glad that they made up in the end. The part with them singing together was cute. Paris is so adorable. She is determined to have a little sister lol. Anyway, I found that bathroom scene to be pretty interesting. And I'm still in shock and grateful over Michael and the 9/11 incident. It's sad that so many people lost their lives (R.I.P. the those victims) but I do believe that it was God who let Michael sleep just a little bit longer that day. Moving on from that, your conclusion had me choking up because I've always had difficulty talking about Mike's appearance. I know exactly how he felt because being that I am also a victim of lupus, I know the challenges that he had to face with your skin, weight and a lot of other things changing up and having no possible way to control it. But what makes it even worse is that he had vitiligo and other issues as well. Ok...let me stop before I start crying...great chapter Drea.

As for Michael's insecurities, I wish he would have been able to see himself beautiful because he truly was. I didn't know you had lupus, I'm sorry to hear that but it doesn't have to be a bad thing. You are a very pretty girl. No one would even tell you have it. I always tell you that you are very beautiful :)

OMG this chapter had me wanting to cry again :'( and I do remember reading that part in Franks book (I hated what Michael had to deal with regarding him changing his look for the Rock My World video I thought that was so disrespectful, rude and heartless) Michael was a beautiful man inside and out and for someone to suggest such things really had to hurt Michael deep down inside.
Anyways back to your story....
I'm glad Arianna was there for her husband and gave him the Love and support that he needed.
As for Michael and his doctors and drugs ugh he better stop this cannot continue, I hope he keeps his promise to Arianna

I am becoming a tear jerker writer XD I don't mean to make you cry lol I guess I'm a dramatic writer and yes, Frank's book had parts that were hard to read, I hate to think of Michael that way but we must remember that Michael had his flaws, he did do things he shouldn't have been doing but I believe Frank still didn't know too much of the "problem" either, he wasn't around all the time and he's only writing his POV, not actual facts.
Arianna is a great wife, she's grown up so much, no more of that little girl who ran away from all the problems and Michael knows better too :)
MSG concert was amazing, I remember watching it on CBS, he killed it yet the media said later he was not in his best :/ stupid news!
Randy and Jermaine *sigh* when you get involved with a Jackson, you know drama always follows
I thought it was cute to make them sing together, I liked canyou feel it's request even though for some reason when I wrote it, I was blushing as I was placing myself in Arianna's shoes that's why she sounds so bashful in that part XD

I'm in tears right now I can't believe she's gone :'( I feel like I've lost a family member or something the emotion you put into this chapter just felt so real. Arianna needs time to mourn the loss of her mother thats just so much hurt and pain that will never go away losing somone so close to you never gets easy :((
I'm so happy that she's pregnant again I know it won't replace the pain shes feeling but at least it will give her some sense of joy and happiness in her life :-) and thank God for Michael! For his love, support, and strength he's such an amazing husband.
