Dang. No wonder Michael blew up on Kayden the way that he did. That was terrible what Chanel did to him. Shoot reading that made me wanna give him a bear hug lol. I swear when I started writing this chapter it was suppose to end happy but, that was just so boring. Then when I started re-writing it, the fight just kept getting bigger. Mike was being such an ass but he has a legit reason. Chanel's "Introduction" is next chapter

My uncle, who is also a writer, told me if you get stuck, don't focus on it. Just keep writing. And I get stuck all the time. Sometimes I don't certain hit certain points like with this last chapter. I knew Michael and Kayden were going to get in an argument but I had no clue what was gonna happen after Martise left the house.
What I did then was I kept reading it from beginning to end and adding some dialog, or some description where ever I felt it was needed until the chapter was finished

Thank you. This is really my first time successfully writing more than two chapters of a story before quitting. I think a big part of that is the brainstorming thing that I do with most chapters; I kinda make a list of things I want to happen.
It's kinda a mix of both because generally I know what I want to happen, but I get random inspiration for this and my other stories from random thoughts, daydreams or anything really. My writing process is so weird because sometimes I'll write out a scene ahead of the current chapter. Like with my other story 'Beautiful Ruins' I have, roughly, chapters 8, 9, 16, 17, and 18 partially written and I've only finished 7 chapters. Then other times I'll write out 2 or 3 chapters back to back.
I hope that wasn't confusing.

Yaaaaas for this update! Now on to the story Michael took that way worse than I expected. Poor Kayden. But I can understand why he felt that way especially since he doesn't know Martise and since Kayden was alone in the condo with him. Such an awkward situation and that look that Michael had on his face just made it even more awkward. I'm not even gonna lie, I laughed at that part because that look on his face was priceless. But I really do hope that he and Kayden will make up soon because from the way that he greeted her when he came back in his room it didn't seem like he was too happy to see her 😕

I know that face was so awkward but you don't know how hard it was for me to find a pic of Michael during the Bad era where he looked pissed lol. The next chapter answers a ton of question that I know have been asked and why he's so upset with her.

Yeah I know I kinda made it a little obvious that it was Michael's car lol but I wrote like 3 different endings and this one was the one that worked out. But at least it wasn't the Roll Royce. It might have taken him a long time to get over that.
