Wow. Quincy is actin like Kay is a baby. She's young but she's not a child. She's almost 18 and when she is 18, it really won't matter if he accepts the relationship or not because she will be an adult and can make her own decisions. Besides, there's nothing wrong with Michael. He's not a bad guy so idk why Quincy is tripping.

Quincy is tripping because of Michael being 25 and Kay, only 18. She's not a child but for her father, she still his little daughter. I think all fathers are protective more or less with their daughters.
Michael isn't a bad guy but in Quincy's mind, it's not what he expected for his daughter.A man older than her wasn't the best thing for him.

The dinner was cute! I feel Kayliah's pain when she couldn't use the chopsticks, lmao! I'm horrible with those! I usually just eat it with my fingers. More efficient that way ;)

Thank you, I'm happy you liked it so much. Michael realised how much he was in love with her because he was scared to lose her because of Randy.
He will succeed to keep their relationship under wraps (at least for the next chapters I wrote lol) but it will be sometime difficult.
