I hope Jessie and Michael can work things out. Clearly Jessie should understand Michael's uneasiness with the situation she created by going to the fertility clinic with Daniel. She's lucky he even gave into her desires. But like she said, he is a man so evidently he's not going to pass up no coochie. He has a right to be uncertain about things between him and Jessie regardless of whether or not they had sex together. I guess Jessie thought giving MJ a coochie coupon would make everything alright. And when it didn't she felt confused, and somewhat alienated by MJ's aloof demeanor.
...As far as Nat and Jackie. I think Natalie needs to decide what she really wants and Jackie needs to be open and honest with her about his wants. He's expecting her to read his mind about his feelings, it seems. And clearly Natalie's not a mindreader. He needs to open up to her and stop running away. And she needs to be real with his also. Overall I think they should hook up. Why not? They're having a baby together!
