Krystal Dawn is a twenty-four year old recent graduate from the MCI Institute of Technology-School of Cosmetology in Tampa Florida. She graduated at the top of her class and has already had jobs at two different salons. It's what her Grandma Carrol wanted for her. Krystal's Grandma had passed a year before from breast cancer and left Krystal the apartment she lived in. Krystal has to struggle everyday to make ends meet and on top of that her mom is a alcoholic.
