I honestly think Michael is like this because women don't say no to him. Also he has trust issues from his past that he can't seem to let go. He continues in the on the same path and doesn't seem to be learning at all from his his mistakes. Michael is very comfortable with how his life is going and doesn't want to change at all. He just wants to take what he wants from people no matter if he hurts them or not. Keeping his heart locked up is making him a cold dangerous man and Jelly deserves more than that.

I knew Rachel would be trouble but I'm surprised that Michael made Jelly apologize to her at the meeting. Rachel deserved getting slammed like that at the meeting she was wasting people's time and Jelly was making it that her need not to wasted or anyone else. And that coffee spill bullshit man she's lucky she only got off with a warning from Michael because younger Michael would have slapped a bitch up.
