I have some assumptions for this situation ...
1 - Michael may not be cheating on Lizzy and he's being sexually harassed by Sharon and he simply does not want to say anything to Lizzy for fear that she might interpret in the wrong way.
2 - Sharon may have plans to try to have Michael back but he does not know that... Maybe she's pretending that her interest is only professional but actually she is plotting something to ruin Mike and Lizzy's relationship and so have him back.
3 - My third(and favorite because I love drama!) assumption is that Mike and Sharon are having an affair. Maybe Mike was caught by surprise and did not expect all those feelings he had for Sharon would return in the moment he laid eyes on her. He might be confused not knowing what's happening to him. Mike isn't sure about his feelings and dont want to say anything for Lizzy yet.
Whatever is happening the fact is that Michael is omitting something very important from Lizzy. And this is not good...

Why Michael didnt tell to Lizzy that Sharon is 'THE' SHARON? If he still has feelings for her or is confused Lizzy has right to know ...Damn,Mike!
Lizzy has to follow them and know where they are going ... I would keep pretending that I dont know anything. If Michael cheat on Lizzy he'll have to work hard to get Lizzy back.
Michael needs some time to know what he wants and who he wants. But I dont know if Lizzy will wait for him.

Look ... I believe that love doesnt end so fast. Michael was betrayed by Sharon with his best friend and I do not think he wants to be with her anymore(maybe I'm wrong!) but Sharon suddenly appears ... And all the feelings that he thought was dead ... is still alive! Or he always knew it but didnt dare to tell Lizzy?
If I were Lizzy I would pretend not have noticed or seen anything ... I would want to know if Michael would cheat on me with Sharon.

Oh no she didn't! What a massive slut. If I were in Liz's position I wouldn't be able to hold it in and I would call that bitch out right then and there. And then I would hold a hot iron poker to Michael's balls until he understood that I shouldn't have had to be the one to stop her.
I can competely understand why Michael didn't decline the invite though. The best revenge on someone who hurt you is to pretend that their presence doesn't affect you and show them how happy you are without them. Especially when you have an attractive significant other on your arm. Also if he had reacted it would have shown weakness and guys don't like to do that. So I don't think Liz should be mad about that. If anything she should rub their relationship right in Sharon's face.
Please don't leave it there for too long without an update I can't wait to see what goes down!
