Yes, two parts would be good. You can take your stories in many different directions but by coming to a close now and then you offer the reader a time to pause and "heal" and understand. What if Rowling had made the Harry Potter series one whole book! I haven't lost interest in your story. I'm so busy with grad school and clinical work that I NEVER have time to read! Sad. You're doing great, I love it!

Michael is still a little confused for a fact but not on his love for Jake anymore.He is aware of his feelings but it's about all the things around. Someone will get hurt Lisa or Jake...Or even both.
He has troubles to know what he wants and how to do his life now. He's not running away...As he said, he didn't feel ready for now to live with Jake.To have the impression to be settle down with him. And maybe he wanted to be at Allison's for having support and opinion.
He's not hiding them...He just has to know if he's ready to be only with Jake or not.

Of course I would like a sequel! I think Michael and Jake's love story would take time to become stable ... Michael is having trouble to understand what is happening to him ... what is going on with his heart ... Things are not taking place so quickly between them and it makes this story seem real.
There's too much water under the bridge, my friend ... Lisa, Michael's family, the press, fans, career, commitments,men and women flirting with Michael and Jake(yeah!drama!), wishing to have children ... There's so much subject for a sequel! *sigh*

Yeah there's so much things that's why I thought about one. I think that if I write one big story, I couldn't really explored all I want and wrote it in the best way.
The sequel will be on discovering a new way of life for Michael and all the things all around (press, family, a new world in a way, fans....)

This chapter was really good, girl. You emphasized the troubles someone can have if this person has to choose between his loves and is afraid of being 100% gay really good! Ten stars for this! (Oh well, I always give ten...) ;)
Your story is not boring to me. I can't really help you there.. I do notice I get less reviews on Sensitive Secrets. That's probably because I didn't upload in 7 weeks so people lost their interest.
It's better if you do a sequel. Again, with Sensitive Secrets I thought about that too, I chose for making it one big story and now I regret it. The summary says Michael is a victim of a rapist though the story isn't about that anymore (it's in the past). With a sequel you can get new readers and start over. You can (between the story and its sequel) take a break and try out new ideas.
I hope I answered your questions a bit well. ;)

Well thank you very much sweetie. I wanted people to understand why it took so long for Michael to realize his love and why he had so much troubles to choose between Lisa Marie and Jake.
But for me I try to update every week lol. Maybe people don't have the time to leave a review.
Yeah but in your story, the rape is still present by Michael's flashbacks and the fact he never forgot how things began between him and Jacob. And it's still a sensitive secret as nobody knew how everything began and it will blow away their love I guess if it was discovered. But I'll think about a sequel who will take new directions.

It's complicated ... Michael can not live pretending to have a happy marriage ... I hate to say it but it would not be fair to LMP ... and Jake!
He agreed to keep the relationship a secret and I understand the reasons BUT keep the marriage to LMP could be a problem for Mike and Jake.
Jake has been wonderful and understanding but there are limits ... Mike is Jake's boyfriend now and the love of his life. Jake will want to spend time with Mike more and more as well as Christmas, New Year, Birthday ...Hope things work out...
Anyway...I'm loving Jake and Mike together!!Finally they're interacting as a couple!

I'm totally agree with you. It wouldn't be fair for Jake or even Lisa Marie. Michael decided this and thought it was the best solution because of all the reasons he said...But his friend Alison and some events will make him see the thing differently...
For now, it's just a break with Lisa Marie and it's just the first step of something else...
