Tinsley Jones is a beautiful, young make-up artist who has always been a huge Michael Jackson fan and she lives a lonely life in New York, until she becomes friends with the famous Diana Ross. Despite all the luxury, being friends with a beautiful, charming superstar isn't always easy.
Michael Jackson is aware of that since he is friends with Diana as well, but he is actually helplessly in love with her. And Diana's manipulation isn't making it easy to get over her and go on with his lonely life.
But maybe Diana could bring their two lonely hearts together unexpectedly. And even if so; will they both ever be free from Diana's manipulations and realize that they might make each other happy, without her?

I have seen this story being posted before, but I didn’t know you were the author who wrote Underneath His Closes. Since on this site there are so many stories that are not even worse opening them, I thought this was one of that kind. Girl was I wrong!!!
I just started reading this story a couple days ago, and was planning to leave my review at the last chapter, but couldn’t wait any longer. The ending of this chapter made my heart beat a top speed! There is only one sentence to describe your writing. YOU ARE A HELL OF A WRITER!!! You have you readers right where you want them, absorbed deeply into the story. Just AWESOM job girl!! I love it :)

First of all, thank you for replying back to me, and answering my questions.
And truth to tell, the moment I have read that review, I knew it could kill the mood, and motivation to write. But look, that reader just came only once, totally disapproved the main characters, told you how the story has to be written, and left. No reviews from that person ever again!!! And I hardly believe, whoever that reader was, came back to read the chapters that you wrote afterwards! …..But look at the rest of your readers! This story has almost 21 thousand read count, high ratings, and excitement from the readers who are loyal to you!!! They actually scream with excitement “YAY! FINALLY an update to this story! I missed it SO Much!”, or here is another one “ I am in love with this story : D Can’t wait for the next chapter xox”. And if you quit, you easily let that reader to win…… I know that in order to write something, you have to feel motivated to do so. But if you don’t feel like it, I totally understand, and respect it.
Just to let you know. I’m not going to give up my hopes for another chapter just yet LOL. This romantic story IS TOO GOOD TO BE OVER!!! And if you ever get motivated to write it again, I will be very happy!!! …. I might go back and leave a review for each and single chapter LOL Just kidding, but I must say that many of those were very romantic, some were hilarious (the girl’s talk), and some of those just made my heart beat faster! You are really AMAZING writer!! I will be glad to read your other stories, since all of them seem unique and never repeating one another.

So I just finished reading the last chapter!
And I am officially addicted to this love story!!!
But why have you stopped writing it? I see it has been 3 month since your last update!
I know you are about to finish your another story Underneath His Closes, but please don’t quit writing this one!!!
This is such a great story. I have been absorbed in reading it every night; I even refused my friends going out with them the other day LOL
I literally can’t stop thinking about the main characters now!
Also, I have read some of the reviews that the other readers left. And there was one, saying that Michael is to perfect, and that the story is cliché. But let me tell you something, if someone doesn’t like the way it’s written, that’s their problem. If I don’t like something, I simply don’t read it. You don’t have to change what you originally planned, because someone doesn’t like Tinsley’s character. Look how many people actually read your story already, and their high ratings!!! That’s the way you had that character since the very beginning, and that’s the outcome we got. I must agree with that person, that Tinsley is a little too clingy and dependent on Michael. But you pictured her as the girl growing without a real family, a father who could protect her, and the girl who was taken advantaged of physically and mentally so many times. You pictured her as vulnerable and fragile girl, who needs someone to protect her. So Michael is her hero, indeed…… and now she is surrounded with a false friend, who wants to mess her relationship with Michael; her ex, who doesn’t care she is pregnant with another man’s child; and bunch of girls like Brook lusting after her man. But what is wrong with Tinsley anyway? Does she really admit another man to be sexy? Is it hormones or what?
I can’t take the anticipation already! Please tell me if you ever going to continue writing it! I honestly love this story so much, can’t stop thinking about it!!! :)

It means more than you may realize to me as an author. Reviews like yours keep all the hard work worthwhile.
However I might have to break your heart here and admit that I really feel like quitting this story.
I feel that it's had a decent amount of chapters already and I’d like to look back at this story with a smile since it's not too shabby for my second fanfic ever, I guess.
But I just don't feel motivated enough to continue with it.
Not that I'm running out of ideas but I've just kinda moved on to my 3 other stories, 2 of which are posted on this site:
Underneath His Clothes (as you already know ;D) and my latest story F*ck-Buddies.. lol
I also have this fanfic called My Professor, Monsieur Jackson on MJJE.com but for some reason I didn't feel like posting it here.
I just get this kinda bad vibe from some of the reviewers on here, especially after that one review you read on this story.
It really hurt my feelings, to be honest and killed a lot of the motivation I felt for this story.
Maybe someday though, when I'm not as busy as I am now with school and my other stories, I just might update for this one again, but I can't promise anything.

And I'm also glad that you understand Tinsley's character so well. Cause yes I did try portraying her like this more fragile and sensitive young lady who leans onto her man a lot.
The main inspiration behind her character, in all honesty, was one of the people that I admire most in my life: my mother.
She's been through a lot and often acts just like Tinsley does. The point of this was also that I hate how people (mainly people that don't know Michael) often try portraying him as this weak, almost effeminate person which I personally don't believe suits him at all. So I guess that what I tried fighting against in this story somewhat by making him Tinsley's rock, or her 'hero', if you will.
And yes, Tinsley feeling certain things for her ex again has everything to do with pregnancy hormones and being away from Mike for so long.
No need to worry about that. I actually had this whole thing planned out where her experiences with Stephan would lead to something that will only serve to make her stronger in the end.
So that it would be like a certain 'turning-point' in her life.. but hey, I guess that'll come in good time.

I’m a new reader of your story, and I don’t know why the HELL I haven’t read it before, because I know this site for about a year lol. I was waiting until I read all the chapters to post my review but some parts are so hilarious, and funny that I couldn’t wait any longer lol. And thanks to the Breakofdawn, who told me about your story three days ago I just can’t stay away from my computer reading your story nonstop, when I have my NCLEX RN test in a week to take. IN A WEEK!!! lol. Damn I can’t stay away for more than two hours and not to read one more chapter. Every time I promise myself I will read one more and finish the rest after my test :) I just wish the site was down for some service for couple of days, so I could concentrate on my studying lol. That how GOOD your story is, and that’s how AMAZING you are as a writer!!!!
I am on chapter 72 right now, and after reading the first paragraph “I woke up heavily this morning, feeling a strange sensation and needing to adjust myself. I moved around, and it didn’t work. But it still had me breathing heavy. I tried to go back to sleep but it felt like a damn vacuum down there…..” after those words I just burst out laughing, I couldn’t stop, and my eyes started watering hahaha…..
I just loooooooove the way you write. The story is so detailed, emotional, and funny. The way you describe their feelings……. I’m sort of lost for words! And now I have about 40 chapters left to read, but I swear I don’t want this story to end!!!

You can’t imagine how happy I was to see that you updated :)
But since you name your chapters, I knew it’s not going to end well. Poor Aimee, she was so strong all the time, and now she just lost all the hope. And I feel really sorry for Michael, I get the feeling that was a night when he really decided to let her in completely, but the night turned out the way it turned out. He also may be feeling betrayed by her, especially after she told him that she would never leave him!
You have to get her ass on the plane ASAP, or make Mr. Jackson to get her back LOL …. I really don’t want this story to end, but I’m ready for the ending! I’m dying for the ending!!! Please don’t make us wait long :) Because you really scare me when you say the rest will come in a good time, you have said it the last time LOL. Pleeeeeeeease don’t make it another month!!!
p.s. Mr. Jackson is very cute when he is drunk :) I just loooooved that scene! Great writing girl ;)

You got me hooked though from the first chapter. I thought I would not live to the moment he will try to open up to her LOL. And I must say you are doing just awesome from the start, it just I hated Mike being so cruel LOL. This chapter was one of my favorite. Beautifully written!!!

I loved this chapter so much!!!!!!!!!!! You sure know how to create the magic in the story!!! I’m glad they talked. And their little make out session was sooooooooon long overdue. It was sweet, sexy, and very sensual. But I’m glad they didn’t go all the way through lol. They really need to build their relationship again. And when the time is right, when they make love, it is probably going to be similar to their first time!!
Also, Mike always demands Vanessa to trust him, believe him, and tell the truth. But right now he has more secrets in his closet then Vanessa. I’m still a little angry with Mike that he Invited Tatiana to Neverland to spend a time, and being granted the right to be the first woman walking the land, enjoying herself within his presence!!! Plus, the kiss with Diana!! He got engaged to Vanessa keeping that kiss a secret. And his reasons were? Not to make her worry? Not to make her jealous? Not to make her disappointed? Yes, this sort of lie is smaller comparing to what Vanessa did. But at the end the lie is a lie, no matter is it small or big. He wants her to trust him, but does the opposite himself!!!
I hope they will be able to heal together. Because at the end, all that matter are three magical words “I love you”!!!

So much TRUTH in what you just wrote!! Michael is kind of a hypocrite. he wants Vanessa to be open and honest and he has YET to come out about his secrets. Maybe in his head, those incidents weren't big deals so there's no need to tell Vanessa. but i'm sure Vanessa would want to know those things. but like you said--he's not going to tell her just to avoid drama.
but if he doesn't come out about it--i'm sure the truth will find a way to come out. sure, it's not a big deal now--but when she finds out he's been keeping it from her, it could become a HUGE issue.
And girl, thanks soooooo much!! everything is just fine with me. had a difficult time these past couple of months but i'm in a MUCH better place now. i go back to school in a month or so, so i REALLY want to finish this story soon. it's just going to be hard letting go of these characters!!! lol

I am so glad that Vanessa didn’t get drunk. I was almost positive she would get herself in some sort of trouble by the end o the night. And I’m really glad she is back with Mike, exactly where she belongs!!! But still I don’t like the idea of her leaving separately from him, and not telling him what had happened!!! Also I have to comment on their love making scene lol. The way you started it, it seemed that Mike would get her pregnant again in span of 5 minutes LOL LOL. Damn that was hot!!! LOL

Beautiful chapter!!! That’s what I was talking about. Michael and Vanessa being just happy and childish together!!! As for the disguise, the next time he should pick something that brings less attraction. I would definitely get suspicious if I saw a beautiful girl kissing ugly guy with goatee and rotten teeth LOL….. Also, about the Diana thing. Mike, after seeing Vanessa so angry and upset would probably be frightened to ever mention that woman’s name ever, not to mention the kiss.
BTW, I just found out that a new Michael’s single was released just a couple months ago, and the name of it “Behind the Mask” : ) I just can’t believe that it was unreleased for 25 years!!! The song and the music are so catchy!!! :) <33

LOL at Michael's "disguises". he's got some of the best make-up people in the business on his team and he still finds the most hideous and obvious things to disguise himself in LOL.
And girl, YES!! i looooooooooove "Behind the Mask". it's one of my favorites from the "Michael" CD. and it is where i got the title of this story from. it fit so perfectly!!
