The way you have Michael act I can't help but to laugh at Bryan about the whole "shedding one muthafuckin tear" claps for him though because she stood up for his sister but Mike better watch out. He ain't got no reason to be hurtin my girl Chev anyway. Mike is just too damn sexy in this story for me and I cannot deal. I love it. Claps for you girl! I'll be a regular reviewer from now on!

You know some people are or will be greatly disturbed by this chapter and might think disgustingly of Mike but I sure as hell do not.
Okay, yes, he was crazy as hell for doing what he did. And just because a girl breaks up with you DOES NOT, i repeat, DOES NOT, give you the right to violate her in that way. I don't blame Chev for being angry or even scared beacause I would too BUT she should not hold that over his head. He was young, and stupid, very stupid. I understand if she needs time to think things over and all of that because every woman finding that out about a man she truly cares for... it can be gruesome but I hope she doesn't take it out on Michael.
I'm not trying to justify his actions or anything like that at all, no because he was dead wrong for what he did but he paid for it. He has to live with hurting someone he supposedly love for the rest of his life and he can't ever forget that unless he comes up with a serious case of amnesia. All I'm saying is Michael isn't that same young minded boy that did those stupid actions.
Chev should just tell him she need some time to get her mind right and he needs to ACCEPT THAT and if you do make her separate herself from him his ass better not flip off either because he put this on himself. yes, he's changed. Yes, he deserves a chance, but coming clean should've been the first thing he did.

Yeah... I was almost afraid to write it this way... but hopefully my readers will stick with me. Hey I warned them lol But yes he was CRAZY, psychotic even to do what he did and being young and confused isn't excuse enough for it. Chivonn has every right to be afraid seeing how Michael has fallen for her pretty hard. (Even though he's been kind of an asshole in general lately)
I agree with you, I don't want anyone to think I'm justifying his actions either or promoting rape, but he's almost 30 now and this was when he was 18. He's evolved a lot as a person after all the things since then that he's been through, but he's still not quite there yet he has some more improving to do.
And no problem! I've been so lazy about reviewing lately. It's terrible. Christmas was a busy time for me. Still kind of is.

Okay... first thing is first.. You have a good plot but:
- The chapters need to be longer
- Try spacing out your sentences.
Ex. instead of
"What took you so long anyway?" "Uhh nothing just that I forgot my back-pack." I lied.
Try:
"What took you so long anway?"
"Uhhh nothing just that I forgot my back-pack." I lied.
It's much easier to read then everything being in one paragraph. I think this would be a good story if you just combine the chapters and possibly make a banner. It could catch more attention and you can have a few more readers/reviewers with a cleaner story but again the plot is good! Its just the way you have your chapters set up.
If it's hard for you to write a long chapter then type a little each day until you have at least a thousand words or more and save it in Microscoft Word as a document. you don't have to update every day and little chapters like these can cause someone to want to stop reading but it's a good plot! I'd like to see you continue!

Oh Terrence to hell with whatever you have to say. I know this is the end of Terrence (for now) because granted he's going to jail, but just as he showed up this time then he'll show up again later in the future. He let himself get caught and all and didn't even have a valid reason for it so I know he has something under his sleeve or maybe some accomplices? Or maybe I'm just reaching and he really is done, lol.
I was shook when she said she was pregnant. Although I did recently read through this story the sex scenes are a little fuzzy, but I think every time Kerry and Michael had sex they used protection so when she said she was pregnant my face was... priceless lol. Contraceptive isn't 100% effective so I figured there was a slip up. I was waiting for Kerry to tell Michael that she was, but then she revealed that she was lying to get a rise out of Terrence. I was still rooting for her though. He needed some fire ignited under his ass. I'm just glad he's out of the picture now!
Michael and Kerry can focus on each other and after her small hiatus she can also focus on her cases. I'm ready for what the future stores for them. Drama and all.
Btw idk if I said this or not but I love Kerry Washington in RL too. I think she's gorgeous and I love watching movies/shows she stars or features in.

Hey Sephora! So I've read this story over the course of two or three days and it's a really good read! I think I had started reading this before but it had been a little while and now I'm all caught up. You write the scenes between Michael and Kerry pretty well and you can honestly feel the love between the two. I didn't think she would give in that soon to him, but I guess Michael was good at breaking down the barriers that shieled her heart.
I have no words for Terrence right now. Is that him in the house right now? Michael better Usain Bolt up them stairs right now! How did he even get into Michael's house if that is him? They definitely need to beef up on security or lock his ass up for a little for violating his restraining order. Kerry also needs to stay strong and not wither. She's a strong woman and has a strong man that has her back. Terrence is just pathetic for hanging onto the past. Let her go dude and move tf on. Maybe if you wouldn't of been so trifling she still would've been yours. Smh, I can't.
I'm just going to follow along and see how this pans out.
