Wow, my initial thoughts after reading were: What a hell of an emotional roller coaster ride this chapter was. And the end of it was the biggest revelation. Amelia was so turned on she would’ve slept with Michael and lost her virginity to him!! I’m sorry to say it but I hated Ariana in that moment and I’m sure Michael wasn’t her biggest fan in that moment either. He definitely was devastated and the fact that Amelia preferred her sisters presence to her husband‘s presence spoke volumes. She is afraid, but I simply can’t understand why. She has known Michael longer than she ever knew Nicholas and she should know that they are totally different persons. Nicholas was a man whore with no grace, no ethics, an alcoholic and a notorious liar.
Michael is the total opposite : He is the perfect husband and she knows it, too, yet, she still stalling although she feels extremely attracted to him and she loves him as a friend. She knows that his heart is pure and beautiful. I don’t see what her problem is. I’m very upset with Amelia and how she’s treating Michael. He doesn’t deserve any of this. This is very frustrating, because she will be gone to Africa in no time and then Michael will be left alone with his feelings and his frustrations and she will be miles away. That really makes me feel uneasy.

I adore that you think its an emotional rollercoaster. That is my intention :) Can you truly not see why she is so frightened? I suppose I need to reveal her emotions a bit more and explain her fears in depth. To feel so much at once can be harmful, especially since falling in love was not part of her plan. It was a marriage of convience that she was forced into, and now real feelings are manifesting. It is coming at her like a monsoon. She is entitled to some patience and understanding. She is not a machine and she has every right to guard her mentional and physical self.

What Savannah said came true....Michael is a gentleman but he's also a red blooded man. So it will be interesting to see how much more he can resist .. not only he but also Amelia that although she doesn't want to see it ..she is clearly attracted to her husband. Great chapter! :3

YESSSSSSSSSSSS............ THE EMOTIONS IN THIS CHAPTER ARE EARTH SHATTERING!!!! I LOVE IT I LOVE IT! THOUGH THINGS ENDED IN SOMEWHAT OF A DISAPPOINTMENT, I THINK THEY ARE BOTH ON THEIR WAY TO BECOMING THE COUPLE THEY OUGHT TO BE AND I'M NOT TALKING SEXUALLY, THEY HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OTHER CHAPTER BY CHAPTER AND THIS ALLOWS THEM TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY TRULY TRULY LOVE, NOT LUST EACH OTHER. I understand Amelia's fear.... she is still a virgin and due to what happened with Nicholas, I don't blame her for being cautious when it comes to part. She will soon come to realize that Michael doesn't just want to have sex to her but he wants to love her in the most intimate and trusting way possible, as she said; he should give her time.
I LOVE THEM VISITING THE HOSPITALS AND BURN UNITS TOGETHER, She sees a different side to him and she is finding meaningful things to get involved in but also spend time with her husband as well.
Arianna just had to burst in huh!!!!?????? Michael is always lucky to have a pillow nearby LOL!!!!!! NEXT TIME HE MIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY ;)

wow Gideon is gay? 👀👀👀👀 I would've never suspected that!! I can't believe he wants her to be his "beard". I really don't think that's fair to her, and it was nice to see her sort of express her true feelings for frank. I think it's a great idea for Amelia to oversee the orphanage, it's a great thing for her to get her mind off of stepping down and also it would help Michael and her to bond more since it's something dear to his heart. I love when they are playful with each other, it's so sweet. I love seeing them coming out of their shells with each other 🤩😠man Savannah's father is an asshole 🙄🙄🙄 I can't stand him, he has no regard for his daughter's feelings and he's a racist pig.

I liked the opening of your chapter. Again, I am so happy to read that Amelia did indeed jump on the next plane to be with Michael!!!😠And thought that it was cute that she was indeed showing sure signs of jealousy, but who could blame her??? Mike is one of a kind and loved by millions of women....and she has a history of having been cheated on by that prick she thought she loved back then. So, no wonder. It did make Michael feel good to sense that feeling of jealousy radiating from Amelia. It stroked his ego and I was happy for him because he deserves that for everything he keeps doing and has been doing for her. He just has to continuously make sure that she knows that he is not that kind of a guy and that he would never do that,( and he did right then and there, which is important ) even if it will take her very long to allow him more than cuddles and kisses.
I think it was a smart move to allow Amelia to be his eyes in Africa, surveying the progress of the construction of the orphanage. And she is right: She is a shareholder of the foundation so she has a right to do that, too. And she has the time now, to do that! Plus it will help her make herself feel good about herself and it will be another milestone in manifesting their position as a power couple. As I said earlier: If they are on the same page and stick together and evolve as a couple, they will be a force to be reckoned with. The society won’t be able to ignore them anymore or ridicule them. Any effort into doing so will be smashed to smithereens. And this is exactly what I hope will happen in due time. It is building up, I can feel it😉. This is getting good and wicked!
And in regards to the story revolving around Savannah...this is some fantastic stuff, too.
And I just knew Gideon is gay! . His name is a dead giveaway ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‡ and that sly fox overheard Savannah’s conversation with Amelia. Nice going. I think he is going to be the perfect ally for both Amelia ( said that earlier in regards to her father’s company) and now even for Savannah. Cool dude! He isn’t fond of his family and neither is Savannah and with that established he will side with Amelia and work in her favor because he is not fond of his dad. I like that you are making the problems that come with being part of high society and their rules and expectations an issue in your story. It adds depth to it! I really like it and it makes it even more interesting to read.

Damn another enemy to add to the list, I hope now she can go spend some time with Michael before that flirty dancer girl starts eyeing Michael too much. Lord knows what some women would do for a taste of Michael Jackson 😂😂😂😂 i csnt believe Amelia really just stepped down, sighs it's sad that she gave into them after feeling so confident in herself. I really hope this doesn't make her resent Michael more seeing as they lost that account due to the allegations. Man their relationship is taking a huge beating left and right and they are still just in the dating phase of it. I'm longing to see them truly accept each other as husband and wife....

Yes, their enemy list is growing. Mia, did step down, but she is still president and she still has a voice. I will explain further in up in coming chapters more regarding her decision. Sometimes when you are fighting a losing battle you need to take a step back and observe from the outside. That is what I am having her doing.

I'm disappointed by her decision of stepping down as CEO but her character development foreshadowed that on previous chapters.
She lacks confidence, is easily broken and ready to give up even in a slightly difficult situation. She also can be immature and selfish at times so it's not a suprise to see her having a difficult time understanding her hurband's behaviors and obsessions caused by his childhood traumas.
Also, even though that woman who decided not to work with her company means nothing more than a droplet in an ocean since her company is worth multi-billions, it's still important to prove her business and PR skills by convincing that woman to work with her again. It's also important for Michael's tarnished reputation as well, Amelia can tell her about the allegations and especially about the real Michael that the world doesn't know.
I would expect getting that woman back in the team from such a woman like Amelia.
My predictions would be: Amelia joins Michael on his tour and eventually tells him what happened back in LA. He gets a little upset and sad by the things he caused and the things that people think of him but gets his head back in the game and encourages Amelia to go and get back to her true position in that company. Amelia goes back to her company and become a CEO again and convinces that woman with even a bigger project. While all of that is happening Michael hits one of his lowest lows (depression and all that but hides it from everyone and especially Amelia) and starts to take medications again. No one finds out about it until he collapses on rehearsals and Amelia flies back to join him and take cares of him, then their relationship jumps a few levels further.

I love and hate that you are disappointed in Amelia. On the one hand your disappointment in her is a sign you are enjoying my work and relating to my characters on a personal level, but also I hate that you believe she lacks confidence. She is still evolving as a woman and she knew she was fighting a losing battle with her board members. She may not be CEO, but she is still president and she will have a voice. Sometimes you need to step back and watch from the outside to better rule from within. I believe that is what she will do.
