Gail should give Romeo a chance to think over the news.. I do not think he will leave her for the army again. he lvoes her too much to just go without any information unless he goes and comes back safety. it depends on his mindset and if he truly loves Gail. I do not blame Tracee not wanting to give birth in the hospital as long there is a trained nurse or doctor there to help with everything unless something happens they can move her to the hosptial but we shall see for now like Mike says (besides they can afford a trained nurse/doc).

Yes you can't blame her but she does need a professional with her, yes they afford the medical staff when it's time for Tracee to need them
