I have never considered myself a religious person; I was not indoctrinated, I have never been to church, except for a wedding and a funeral. That being said, I do have some spiritual beliefs, and while I might not be (personally) comfortable with the idea of a God, I do believe with all my heart that Michael was an Earth Angel.

Oh man, this was short, but sooooo good. I’m not a religious person by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love me some stories with biblical mythology and THIS does it UNBELIEVABLY well. Quick question: why did you choose to call Michael’s mother Katy and not by her full name? Did you just want to shorten it for the fic or was it actually something she’s called IRL? Either way, this was a mini-masterpiece and it tugged at all of the good feels. Keep it up!
