Much of Clara and Michael's relationship is going to be only hinted at until Part 3. At that point all will be revealed. But yes, I do plan on showing how they met. :)

I admit that I'm not all that crazy myself about the depressing mood the story has developed. Part 2 should be a bit lighter in tone.

Honesyly speaking, I don't know who this "friend" is, but if anyone could help Michael, even that mean like what happened, I would gladly accept that. Because to me, Michael's well being and happiness are the most important. But *sigh* it's all about "if", right?

Michael doesn't know the "friend"'s true intentions. For all he knows, they may be trying to exploit him or even put his life in danger under the guise of helping him. He'll just have to wait and see what they do before he can begin to trust them.
