Just a few questions; one, how do you pronounce the main girl's name and two, how can she have an MD in English Lit, isn't an MD stand for medical doctor?

Well, her name is pronounced like Ursela but its spelled Ireseallea. And i just abbrivated Masters Degree... I should have put the whole thing.
