Great chapter! I can see sparks flying between Marlon and Michaela. Also, I can see Marlon's ego being knocked down a notch. He apologized so that's a start. I wonder what else will unfold.

I see Michael is trying to balance his career and the child he got on the way. Incorporating Quincy into the story is excellent. I like their interaction. On the other hand, Marlon needs to stop being a jerk. He knows he's feeling Michaela. That's why he's being such a jerk. Some guys do that, and some girls like it! I'm one of them!

Putting Quincy in I wanted someone he knew from real life to be in it so it felt more real as well Marlon he wants to deny his feelings typical Marlon lmao you like when a guy does that?
