They are truly blessed to be able to have been in the right place at the right time and get Mattie! Things always happen for a reason. Hopefully it will be permanent. Mattie deserves happiness and I think he will bring mike and blu closer. Love how the bodyguards are "uncles"

As a formal social worker, I've observed first-hand the effects child abuse has on its victims. You captured Mattie perfectly in terms of the questions abused children ask and the defense mechanisms that they employ, not to mention all of the emotions. Excellent job; I am thoroughly impressed!
