I'm just a little bit confused as to why Michael would stay with Alicia putting her in danger of Lisa. I know he needed a friend after what Lisa did but wouldn't it have been better and safer for him to go home to neverland? And then set Alicia up with sucurity guards because Lisa will go after her?

Bill was flustered at the time, bad move on his behalf.
Lisa only wanted to hurt Michael physically. If she can't have him no-one can! .Lisa knows that he wouldn't press charges, he doesn't want this getting out to the press. Plus she was kind of hoping to get hurt, you'll find out why later.
She wants Alicia to suffer emotionally not physically. What's the point in messing up her face when she can sit and watch her die on the inside. Then she will hopefully take care of the physical part herself.
Lisa is a very messed up individual.

I have to say I really like this story a lot. I love the interactions between the characters. It's very witty and light. I love how Michael is. He is hilarious and Michael in a hoodie and precription glasses oooohhh chile. *fans self.
