I'm going to admit that the early character of Jade was based on my own little jaded behaviours as a umlateteen (coughtwentycough) ... in hindsight its totally lame, but I stopped writing this story for a long time when it got to about chapter 18, a couple yrs passed and I picked it back up again and she lost her shitty snivelly attitude and became less of a pain in the ass (as did I, I hope).
Also, I forgot, obviously that as an American, the expression "piss party" probably doesnt have the same meaning LOL (just imagined a bunch of people all pissing in to a bucket in a circle) .... a drinking party is what it is.

😢 this was such a sad chapter. I wanted to cry at how bad Aaron treated her. He scarred her for life with his verbal abuse ...that asshole! I found myself sad and mad throughout this chapter. Then had the nerve to pretend that everything was ok! 😡 Hell, I pictured myself kicking him in the balls the first time he hit her. My goodness, I'm feeling so many emotions over this chapter. I hope Michael will be able to tear those walls down. I totally understand her now...great chapter!
