I read this back when MJIFC was around. I've never been able to look at Derek Morgan the same way again after you've used his face in your story. :D Haha.
But Jake and Michael were great together. Mike was sometimes unfair to Jake, especially in the start of the relationship. Michael was almost using him - it didn't work out with his wife, so he "tried" with Jake. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have accepted it. But it was all worth it in the end. For both of them. :)
Jake's backstory with his little brother was really sad.

and I looove Allison's charcater! I love how blunt and up front she is! I'm glad Michael has a friend like her in this story, I think it just adds to the plot :)

One of the best stories of this website sadly comes to an end ... The love story between Michael and Jake was very well written and seems so real ... I could feel every feeling inside me and I even cried a few times!
