Chapter 1.

No words could describe how she felt at the moment but she knew she was feeling pain inside. She cried on her bed; hurtful sobs were echoed throughout her room as she held on to her stuffed bunny rabbit.

She looked out the window seeing the moon's rays and feeling them on her jet-black loose curly hair; furrowing her eyebrows, she got out her purple backpack and started to pack clothes, shoes, and other possessions that she really needed. Slowly opening her window, she carefully climbed out and started to run for her life.

A tall teen-aged boy who looked to be 15, walked through the front door. He froze in an instant looking at his parents who lied lifelessly in a pool of blood; he ran into the kitchen picking up the phone to call 911, he also ran into his little sister's room which was empty.
