Yes, actually. I only have one, sadly. I'm new to writing MJ fanfiction, so I find this very helpful. I like knoiwng what appeals to the average MJ Fanfiction reader and steps to take when writing a fictional piece around the star -- all helpful information that I will be applying to my current story. Thank you for this!

Author's Response:

Ooh. Just saw your story. I love the premise. I can't wait until you get a few more chapters under your belt and I can start reading :)

I'm about to change my banner for The Bodyguard.... <.<

My issue is: I look at the current one and I just don't think it fits. This is the 2nd time changing it probably third even...

Plus I'm new to photoshop and just figuring out new things and instead of starting new stories everytime I come up with a pretty banner. I'll change the ones I have. I'm about to change The Surrogate 2's banner to. I thought it was cute when I made it, now its just cheesy and dumb I hate it. And the summary... God, have things changed since I posted this story. GUILTY

Author's Response:

LOL. Yeah, now that I look at it again I can see that the summary and the pic don't really capture the essence of the story.

I suck at summaries. I never really know what to put. So this gives some kind of insight. Thanks :)

Author's Response:

Well, if you would like an example for Inked or whatever, I'd be happy to make that a segment. I do think that you covered it well, though ;)

Awesome series here!! I really like a lot of the points you've put forth. I know I'm guilty of several things listed here, so it's nice to have a few things that I can really focus on working on in my writing :) Also, thank you for the shout out!!! <3

This is such a great way of encouraging growth in our community! Thanks so much!

I'm trying to think what else you should touch on, but I'm kind of drawing a blank. Maybe you could provide some more resources for people to use when they're doing their research? I know you provided the one, but what else would you recommend? I feel like I'm constantly googling the most random, minute facts of Michael's life to see if they're real or somehow imagined by me, haha!

Author's Response:

Hi Ann :)

The shout out is deserved. I will be giving more shoutouts to different authors as I go. My goal is to express my appreciation as much as possible...I don't want this to end up reading like a critical lecture.

Resources for information on Michael? Hmm. I can't guarantee the accuracy of any one resource, but I can post some of my favorite go-to sites for information. Thank you for the idea.

Very informative.

Author's Response:

Thank you. I take it that you are considering writing a ff?
