Cathy should have had that talk with Wendy not Dana. Wendy is the one more at fault here.
I know Wendy and Michael kissed before he got with Dana, but was it during Dana and Michaels fake relationship? Or before that? If before, no big deal but if during Wendy has proven she can't be trusted as she didn't know it was fake. Dana has every right to feel angry imo and she doesn't owe Wendy an apology. Wendy owes her. I still don't blame Dana for kicking Wendy out. I think she should do it permanently. She's given her more than enough help. So her husband left her boo hoo get over it already.
Its fucked up that Michael and Cathy keep putting the onus on Dana to fix things when Wendy is the problem here.

The kiss from the past is no big deal, so its good Dana didnt get too upset about it. But I think she has a right to be mad at Wendy and Michael. How would they feel if Dana cuddled up to Miguel like that? I'm guessing not very happy. Wendy in particular is really annoying. She needs to stop running to Michael for ALL of her emotional needs he is not her boyfriend or husband. And Michael is too kind for his own good sometimes (case in point Diane), he needs to draw some lines with her. Personally I think he should ask her to find her own place to live. They can still be friends but honestly, his marriage is more important.
I feel sorry for Sara, her Dad is a shithead and her mother is a train wreck. Once Mike and Dana have kids of their own I know she is going to feel jealous because they are the only people who give her attention. Wendy is too busy having a breakdown over bullshit news stories that don't even matter, and trying to get as much male attention as possible.
Yeah I'm not a fan of Wendy. I think she's really quite selfish sometimes.

All hell breaks loose if it was Dana cuddled up to Miguel. The reason Wendy goes with all her problems is cause he's like the only person that's constant in her life, who isn't family (now he is because he married Dana). Yes he's too sweet sometimes
Sara is basically getting raised by Michael and Dana, so the twins will feel like half brother and sister for her. Because of her lack of male, mostly because of her own father that left her when she was three years old and when their mother was pregnant with Dana, Wendy just a father figure and when she couldn't find one her best friend (Michael) became the person she needed most when something happens in her life, good or bad.

Wendy has boundary issues. I know she means well but if that were my sister I would be pissed too. Like seriously you don't need to be cuddling up to your brother in law when you're upset I don't care how close you are as friends. Michael should have known better too but seeing as she was hysterical he probably was just trying to stop her from crying.
If Dana kicks her out I have to say Wendy deserves it.
