My name is Raine. I was born on September 11, 1966 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since the day I was brought into the world, I've always been on the move, being that my father is in the military. We lived in 8 different countries and I've attended 10 different schools over the years. For the longest I've wished for us to settle down some place but I never thought it would happen anytime soon. Yet in the summer of 1980 it did.

Michael Jackson is known all over his city, he is a very famous individual...but not for the reason you think. Michael is a popluar street thug, and he does it all. He runs his city, and everybody who is anybody is smart enough to bow down to him.
Michaela Jones however, happens to live in the better part of town. She has a steady job as a nurse in a hospital, working with children and is completely unaware of the man in charge of her city.
One day, these two manage to coincidentally- or fatefully - meet.
