Author's Response: Hey! It's been a while since we ran into each other here! I thought this year would be okay too but I lost it. I think a lot of the pain was amplified by the shit storm that's been going on for the past few months. I can't understand how some people could be so cruel to a man so gentle and kind. But it warms my heart to know that fans are protecting his legacy. I agree I'll miss him until one day after forever.

I was good this year. Ironically, year 10 was easier than past years. If “easier” could describe a decade of dull aching in my very soul. I miss him. As we all do. And I will continue to miss him until one day after forever. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
