I...oh my gosh...i don't know what to say. For the first time I'm actually mad at semaj. She should have never went with him. She should understand his part. What if he missed her graduation cause he fell asleep at Nicole's......dont make that happen cause my heart can't take it....but yeah semaj should understand. Ugh my little heart can't take this.....this is my favorite couple.......nicole should still die.

brandy, brandy, brandy.... how do you do it? no matter what this story continues to be my absolute favorite thing ever. it’s obviously been a while since i read it and yet and still, i got sooo giddy while reading it. yup, i still laugh and get worked up, be on the edge of my seat everything. ah, i love these two.

 

so let’s get into it shall we. the last chapter was just all around cuteness. michael is such a gentle thug and though a lot of us won’t admit it, that’s low key what we want in a man 😍😍 this chapter however? sent me for a loop. the beginning had me dying. semaj is such a clumsy mess sometimes 💀 also, her mother is being a bit worrisome butttt her baby is graduating so she’s justified.i wonder what that talk with james’ mother was all about? michael will tell her eventually lol. semaj’s cousins are annoying. well not the guys but the two girls. one off them really tried to flirt with her man in front of her face? the boldness! and shawn. he’s honestly a really nice guy. michael needs to stop being so mean 💀💀 like bruh, it ain’t like he’s trying to take ya girl. chillllll. now the joseph thing keeps getting messier and messier. maybe running away wasn’t the best move for janet to make but i get it. joseph can’t be coming back randomly and trying to run things. and honestly janet just isn’t comfortable with him yet. also with michael being the closest to janet i think it also may be a case of her taking on his view of joseph as well. maybe if michael and joseph can hash their disagreements out, janet will open up more too. nevertheless all three of them are somewhat in the wrong. lastly hooray nicole is almost out of the picture! *fireworks go off faintly in the distance* but where in the world is semaj? ima just hopeeee that she decided to stay home to bother him. you ain’t bout to get my nerves bad and have me thinking the worse!! it’s tempting but my little heart can’t take that right now!! great chapter as always, love! you know i could read these two forever and ever and a day ❤️

Yeah, Deon and Skylar are annoying as hell... and they only worsen by the time the new chapter ends. Michael and Cassie's conversation will come to light a few chapters down the road. 

I wonder how you'll feel about Shawn after you read... but he is a nice guy and doesn't have ill intentions, but apparently to Michael he does. But I will say beforehand Semaj does make a relatively stupid decision in the new update. 

Michael should definitely make an effort and maybe if he tries Janet will or maybe it'll be the other way around. 

LOL y'all hate Nicole so much.

Whew chile, we all have that one side of a family we really don't like. Lol. Her cousin knew what she was doing. 

Brandy you really did it when Mike walked around that damn sofa on Joseph. I got all tensed up my eyes bulging outta my head ready for some fist action to go down. But I understand Mike's pain he's still that hurt little boy in a grown man's body just wishing his dad never left. That is hard to forgive and forget thorough although semaj understands but her dad was,still there you know it was easier for Her to take that step to rekindle her relationship with her father.

And how I'm glad they've found Janet. Poor baby despise Joseph too and the family is oblivious to it or they just don't want to admit that Joe is the problem of why everyone is lashing out. Btw, I see maj didn't show up to Mike's charity event presentation I'm shocked.

Dawg, don't we?? Her cousins were being assholes smh. 

You know this latter end of this chapter had been rewritten about fifty times (3 times) and one of those times I did write a fighting scenee, but it just didn't sit with me. So I opted for a more calmer, but blood-rushing reaction. Michael is still hurt about Joseph walking out and you put it perfectly. That little boys pain has just manifested into a grown mans body. 

Yes, they found Janet and in a place they'd think last to look. She didn't show up no, but we'll see why in the new update.

Simone and Janet are cool again or did Janet wake up and realize who her real friend was when she really needed her. Either way I'm happy. Semaj and Michael are so great together. I understand both sides but I wish Katherine could understand where her kids are coming from and stop forcing Joe on them. Their relationship with him is off because of HIS actions and you can't expect the kids who suffered to be cool just because the man YOU love comes back. They don't know that man. They only know the name and the pain

They did make up and we'll see more of it in the next update. 

Katherine most definitely should understand that she can't push Joseph off on her kids and expect them to immediately understand. Especially when it comes to Janet and Randy.

Semaj needs to back off Mike with her opinion about his family situation. Speaking  long term she is right of course but there is no timetable for forgiveness and Semaj sure as hell aint his mother so she shouldnt scold him like one. She needs to just be there for him. Mike and Janet's feelingss about the situation are perfectly valid. Katherine shit the bed. She cant expect them to be ok with Joseph stepping back into the Daddy role just like that after all that went down. Joseph too, he should take more time making up to his minor children Janet and Randy, maybe if Mike saw more effort there he would soften too. As much as Joe wants to erase the past, he can't and is causing more pain by ignoring it. He really should move out and start over by dating Katherine and spending time with the younger kids one on one. 

I hope Semaj is ok it is unlike her to go silent and miss Mike's presentation. I'm worried and I bet Mike is too. Wouldn't be surprised if her stupid father and his shitty family has something to do with it. 

Can Nicole just die already? Seriously kill her off. She keeps hanging around like a bad yeast infection. We all know that project is all Michael and he's the brains there...he would have had the same success even if his partner was Bozo the clown. Nicole is just unnecessary.  As is Shawn....with his bullshit "sensitive" act.

She should back off and just be there for him I agree. She doesn't really understand what he's going through and pushing him could only make him even more upset. Claps to you because you're right about the Joseph situation. If Michael saw him trying with Randy and Janet then maybe he'd come around. 

We will soon see what has kept her away from seeing Mike's presentation. 

And damn lol y'all really want Nicole to die. I mean I'm not going to kill her off. I still somewhat have a purpose for her for a few more chapters, but she won't be in this for forever. I never planned for her to be a long-term character anyway. As for Shawn... kind of the same. LOL "bullshit 'sensitive' act"
