This is a beautiful end. I'm so glad Michael is healthy and Brooke is happy. I feel sorry for Freddie though... he lost the love of his life and will probably die soon.... (He died in 1991, right?)

Oh, and now I remember: I've read this somewhere before. On fanfiction.com, back in 2010. You had an account there too, right? There were only six chapters on that site.

Thanks :P Yeah, I started writing this at the end of 2009 and I wrote it in parts during these three years or so... That's why I wanted to bring to it end, because I feared I'd never be able to finish it and to be honest it was difficult to keep it mind what was the original point of the story. I'm glad that you found the end happy in a way and yes, Freddie's destiny wasn't so nice... and Michael got it too easy, maybe. But well, that's life, isn't it?
But really: I wish I could rewrite this one day so that I could make some minor changes to the story and maybe make it a little bit more beliavable in a way. Right now, I don't know how. But let's see what's going to happen! In the meanwhile, however, I'll either start writing something totally different or try to finish that Michael/Prince story I've been writing.

I'm so sad this is the end. It was one of my favorite story ever. My two idols Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury reunited in a beautiful story, I couldn't be happier.
To be honest, I was wishing Michael and Freddie would end up together. That seeing Freddie, Michael would realise that he still loves him.
The scene when Freddie revealed his HIV to Michael was so beautiful. The love, the tenderness and the caring they still both felt for each other was so beautiful. You realised how much they loved each other and that they're still and they'll even always will. I almost cried at this scene...
Thank you for this amazing and beautiful story. I hope there will be a sequel and I'm waiting for your next stories.

Yeah, it's sad and I'm grateful you've given me such great feedback during the process :) It's difficult to explain how important it is. It kind of makes me believe someone is actually reading these stories, that I'm not just writing it for the sake of writing it but for someone else.
I kinda hoped too that I'd find a way to get them together. When I started writing this, I knew the ending would be a sad one but I thought they'd keep seeing each other 'til Freddie's death. Now I changed it and I'm not completely happy with it, but well - I haven't been writing that much and to be honest, I couldn't have done it any other way at the moment.

I can imagine Freddie would be very upset about the wedding. And I find it so unfair too for Brooke... if she finds out she'll be even more hurt than Freddie.
I wonder how the wedding day will be, and if Michael is gonna say "I do," who knows...

Thank you :) Yeah, his brother's idea of a "great night" was something else... Kjeh.
Wedding will be in the next chapter. And unfortunately - so it seems - it's gonna be the final one. I'll start writing a new story and even thought to this day I thought I would write more chapters to this, I came to realize it wouldn't really bring anything new or interesting to the story. Maybe some day in the future I'll rewrite this or write or sequel or something.
